“Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The classic chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy, and the waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are always perfect. Grabbed a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and a milkshake — everything was fresh and hot. Service was fast and friendly as always. Highly recommend!“

“Typical fast food spacious KFC location friendly staff seems like the quality inn size of the chickens are not what they used to be but this location was pretty good compared to others I've been to lately. I really don't know why I only want the chicken and I have to pay more for it I don't want this side I don't want the drink I don't want the meal. Don't know why they have a la carte pricing... I know it's a business. But .... Come on $8 for two pieces of chicken.“

“This was my first time going to this location. The place was incredibly clean and the staff were so professional bringing food to our table, which I had not expected. They were so helpful and couldn't do enough.
It started to rain very heavily and I noticed an employee with an umbrella walking people to their cars with their bags of food so they wouldn't get wet. That is what you call EXCELLENT customer service!!!
I will most definitely make this my new location to eat at.“

“I work next door to this location and had to go over and right some wrongs that were done to mine and my coworkers meals. The manager on duty, (I do not know her name, unfortunately) on 4/11 was so quick, cordial, and kind. She obviously knows what great customer service looks like!“

“This is one of the best Pollo tropical locations around. I've come here so many times and everyone is always friendly. Not once have they gotten my order wrong but what's impressive is that no matter what time of day I go the food is hot and fresh. Even at night time say 10pm. Definitely a good spot to get some great food.“
