This visit we had been on the road for three hours and were feeling hungry for something quick and good.We like to share the five piece Chicken Tenders and the gal on the register mentioned that if we wanted a second side, which we did, (two of their great Cole slaw!), we could save on our combo lunch.Thanks for that tip! As she assembled our order she gave two service trays to share our meal in. Pleasant people and good fried chicken!“

“What a pleasure to find this in South Florida after taking a joy ride up A1A. The veteran in the kitchen and the beautiful Black cashier were so fab. They even accommodated my autistic request for hot fries. The place is immaculate and more should eat inside as Zaxby's decor never disappoints.Don't forget to show your id if you're a veteran for a discount. Shoutout to both Zaxby's company for the discount nationwide but also salute the the bomb battle buddy in the back who peeped the hat and gently reminded the cashier after inquiring with my partner.“

“So normally, this is a place where you order chicken and rice and get a side dish of sadness and disappointment. However, in my last visit, when I ordered a meal for 10 and no one seemed to know this was on the menu, the manager came out and knew exactly what we wanted and told the staff how to put it together and then he supervised it himself, making sure we had serving utensils and bowls and plenty of salsa, etc. - it was, for the very first time in a long time, a very positive experience. I'd like to think it will happen with normal ordering next time, but - I'd be lying if I said I expect it.“

“Just placed am order for my daughter's high school basketball team at the Kings Academy before their big game tonight. I decided to download the app to place the order. It is the easiest food app I have ever used. I only use a few and I find the Pollo Tropical app to be very simple. I picked up 11 TropiChops and when I arrived the food was all packaged and behind the counter waiting. The food was hot. My daughter said all the orders were accurate and everyone enjoyed their food. What more can you ask for. Good food, great service, friendly staff, clean store. Thank you Royal Palm Pollo Tropical.“

“A new KFC opened mid June 2023. You can always taste the quality with a new establishment, you get those fresh ingredients, the equipment isn't worn out yet, the serving supplies are new... curious to see if they will upkeep this KFC.The dinning room is small, guests didn't know where to stand to order, while others were crowding the counter waiting on their food. They have a nice mobile pick up area, I'd recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead as they were busy around dinner hours. This area needs more quick service restaurants and glad we tried them. The parking lot is large, and easy location off State Road 7.“

“Food was great but the person behind the counter was very matter of fact attitude. We asked for sauce for our meal and then the counter person said " sauce does not come with the meal." To which we showed a large picture of the meal with sauce on the plate. Then she said, we have to ask for sauce with an attitude. Customer service is essential for this type of business. Training your employees to treat customers better will keep them coming back for more.
