I ordered a combo on uber eats and when it arrived, the fries didn’t have the seasoning I asked for which was hot honey rub and even my own drink didn’t have the safety sticker. I’m extremely paranoid to even drink it as without that sticker idk what my uber driver could have done to it? Really? And the stickers they put on the bag so secure it wasn’t even secured on right at all.
Fast and efficient service! I really appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and the new order display screen is a great touch it keeps things organized and easy to follow. Definitely made the experience better!
We were assisted by a young lady named Suny, and some other amazing staffs. But as for SUNY her service was absolutely exceptional! My family and I arrived around midnight, and despite the late hour, she was incredibly respectful, attentive, and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and continuously checked in to see if there was anything else she could do for us. Her positive attitude and warm demeanor truly stood out. Suny is amazing, she genuinely deserves recognition...
