They mess up the order 3 times and get angry wirh the customer for wanting it corrected. EVERY TIME! My husband still goes, but I stopped going for a long time now. This Groveland McDonald's needs a real manager who is trained to train, hire and manage properly. I know from experience how this should be and this is not how it goes. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find another McDonald's before you go to the one in Groveland.

Everything I come in this store it's clean, organized and the order kiosks are wiped clean. They serve a lot of to go orders and could put a bit more emphasis on the person in store. Food is somewhat consistent. Use the mobile app, there are deals in there, you save some money. Da da Dat da da......

The young woman taking our order was giving us an attitude, when we asked for another meal she responded with “so you want another meal or what?” We just left. We’re not gonna eat some where with that kind of attitude. It’s very unfortunate to have to deal with that kind of service.

Nothing is ever right here. I never get a correct order. Then I have to use the kiosk and record the number for my table. Then my food sits up at the counter! No one brings the food out or calls out my number. Then you have to wait and beg for the soda cup that you already paid for. What a dump.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder in the drive thru. They asked me to park and wait for my food. I think I was forgotten about because I waited for 20 minutes. Someone finally asked me what my order was. When I finally got my order it was done wrong and I had to go inside to get it fixed. What happened to fast food? What happened McDonald's?

Food is decent. However, it takes quite a while to come out as they are serving so many different sections (counter, app, doordash, drive thru, etc). Service for anything is so slow. Always forgetting items in an order and employees just not seeming to care or want to help solve the issue.With the prices going up at all McDonald locations, service should definitely been this bad and slow.

I came in the other day to pick up my food. There was a few other people waiting on their food. There was about 4 workers standing in front of the cash register, talking. Not even acknowledging the customers. I noticed that the workers who were coming off of their shift had ordered their food after the customers and somehow managed to have their food out first? & proceeded to walk out of the door. One female in particular noticed people were waiting, again not even acknowledging the customers waiting on their food. & instead of doing her job, she continuously pulled out her phone & was complaning about how she had to work late that night. So unprofessional. Don't come to work if you do not plan on working.
