Aliviana Riley is such a strong presence at the Groveland McDonald’s. As an assistant manager, she keeps things running smoothly and creates a friendly, organized environment for both customers and staff. You can really see her experience and consistency every time you visit.
Worst costumer service. Employees is not communicating. Employee asked me to park my car stall 2 and waited for 10 minutes.
I asked the employee if she communicate with the runner and she just responded with word OHHhh. Apparently, she didn’t communicate that we are waiting the fact that they weren’t busy at all.
