Service is slow and the burger was so fresh it was still half done but I guess it was never frozen so there is that.

So I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the 1 star ratings are justified. Got bacon on my burger, got bacon pieces that have probably sat all day. When I ask for bacon, I want STRIPS, you know, LIKE THE COMPANY ADVERTISES! DO NOT EAT HERE.

Food was okay. Every time I’ve gone through the drive through the person hands me the bag and shows me the back of their head… then gets annoyed when I ask for things they forgot.

Stopped at restaurant mid afternoon. Not busy but steady in drive thru. We dined in. Walked in and confronted with a self serve kiosk. No option to order at counter. We wanted to pay in cash and kiosk informed me I had to go to front counter (even though an employee was standing behind the kiosk counter). Waited a minute at front counter to be acknowledged and was told to go back to kiosk counter and someone would be there to take my cash. Employee behind that counter had disappeared. While waiting I counted 14 employees in the restaurant, 3 looking at a laptop. 4 minutes later, an employee came to kiosk counter and opened register to take my cash (why didn't first employee do that?). Another 4 minutes to wait looking at progress board for my food order # to appear complete.Not impressed AT ALL. If this is the NEW Wendy's (and future surge pricing announced), then my fast food dollar will go elsewhere. Not customer friendly. I almost expected it had to cook my own food. Now I understand why folks only use drive thru to avoid dining in hassles.Wendy's... You can do better!!!

It's one of the worst Wendys we've been in. Unsanitary conditions across the board. Cook behind the counter was chewing gum!, and touching his phone. They didn't wash their hands and went right back to making food with dirty gloves. Both managers witnessed behavior and missed coaching opportunities. All the tables were dirty, and the drink station was a mess. My husband received a burger that clearly should have been chilly meat, but because it had cheese , n it was served anyway. Had we witnessed his behavior would never have ordered from this establishment.

I order burgers with no bun. The loaded nachos burger, I mark no bun. I always get a bun! The same girl is always here giving me an attitude, saying I don't know how to order food. I always have them remake it. I wish I didn't live so close to this one.

Terrible terrible. Not only was there customer service terrible but the food was awful complete mess just thrown together in the bag. Got the order wrong but then they get mad at you for making them redo it, forget about trying to use your rewards here as well because apparently they don’t that here. Avoid this Wendy’s trust me they will waste your money.
