For many years Wendys has been my favorite go to place for a quick meal. Occasionally i had bad service or food but never both at one time until yesterday. There was no greeting or smile .
Tables were dirty. They gave me an option to customize my salad then told me that I couldn't. My daughter customized her burger to have ketchup & mustard & it only had ketchup.
I come fairly often and ive never had a single issue. Im always greeted well and im in and out.
