We love SaBai so much. The food is truly authentic, and the staff are amazing. Chef Pam is incredible. We absolutely love her cooking. Rin, our lovely waitress, always takes such great care of us. This has become my favorite lunch place. I have always played it safe and ordered the Pad Thai. It is consistently perfect. I've never ordered any of the curry since I had no idea what it tasted like. I told the waitress that and she brought me a little cup to try. It was great. They have three kinds. Came here for lunch today and had to wait almost 50 minutes for the food. It seemed like there was only one chef working in the kitchen. For a lunch service, this was way too slow and very disappointing.
