A Good restaurant starts with how how you treat customers. Heard food was good & want to support local, so 1st time ordered & paid online. Receipt said 35-40 mins arrived at 40 mins. Walked in no greeting, ok...next the girl at the counter walked right past me. Ignored me even though right in front of her. Ok
Finally I said hi, I have an online order. She said nothing just looked at computer, no order. Went to the back & said the cook just finished making it, it will be done in 20 mins or so. No apoligies or simple kindness! Won't be back!

Something I’ve gotten used to in this area is terrible pizza and calzones. I’m from CT, where pizza is great every time. I ordered a calzone at Senecas, and it felt like being home! Truly wonderful, friendly staff, great atmosphere (although I only picked up takeout), and as soon as I smelled the calzone, I knew it was going to be right. I’ll be back to have their New Haven style pizza soon!

When they opened a few years ago, I also had a sandwich that I think about regularly as well—again, feels like something I’d get in an Italian deli back in the Boston area. Their hours were limited at that time, so I hadn’t made it back in a while, but that’s going to change.

Tried this place again after a few months ago. Well they have improved everything about their pizza, great crust, sauce and plenty of cheese and cooked how it should be. This is the best pizza at tiger point now. Great food and the manager guy is very friendly and will make things right if there's a mistake. Only thing I would change is they need to go for old world pepperoni.

First visit and the reuben and tiramisu are absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be back again soon!

Do not expect to get an Italian cafe experience with an espresso and a pastry. The girls are not properly trained to operate their machine. A total failure of the management to purchase such a nice machine and have not trained their staff to use it. For example. I got a simple espresso. The girls did not dose it properly. She couldn’t find the tamp at first. She pulled the shot into a cold metal frothing pitcher and then poured it into the cold espresso cup. She then proceeded to do further extraction in order to fill the cup. Zero crema. Way under-extracted and diluted. The. The chocolate croissant was so stale. The girl said it was made a day or 2 ago. Who serves a 2 day old croissant at, what is supposed to be, an authentic Italian Cafe? Makes me think twice before buying one of the $7 pastries in the case.they look beautiful…but ask about freshness before ordering. I had high hopes but ended up seriously disappointed.

Always worth the drive over. Food is made to order and fresh every time and the staff are always so friendly! The entire family loves it here. Chicken cutlet sandwiches to die for!
