Older woman barista just ruined the end to a beautiful family getaway. So incredibly rude. I ordered $20 worth of products and asked for a straw for my drink (a venti iced coffee). She said “No, but you can have one for the frappe and maybe share that one.”
I laughed- I thought she was kidding!
Then she finished the frappe drink and only gave me one straw for that one.
I asked again may I please have a straw for mine. She said no- my drink doesn’t require a straw....read full review
