Taste of Thai Gulf Breeze

We ordered the Thai Green Curry, but it was very watery and didn’t resemble a typical green curry in taste or appearance. The Drunken Noodles with beef were also disappointing the beef and noodles were not cooked properly. The Thai Fried rice with chicken were overcooked and tasted burnt. We also ordered edamame beans with salt, but they seemed to be served straight from the freezer, cold and underwhelming. Additionally, the serving bowls didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.

The food is Definitely mediocre, I was not impressed. But the issue was that we ordered 2 meals around 20 dollars a meal and when we saw the ticket they were trying to charge us $90 some dollars. When I pointed it out they were trying to act like it was a mistake. One of the plates was flounder fish chips for $19 , she tried saying they thought we ordered the red snapper. When I tried to ask her where the red snapper was on the menu agree couldn't show me. I think they were trying to scam us. Like how do you confuse it? I will never be going back to that restaurant.

The staff didn’t seem to know how to explain the menu or describe the dishes. The food was below average—rice was too dry and not fluffy, and the meat was tough and chewy. Hopefully, they either bring in a new chef or help the current one improve his cooking skills.

Went to Taste of Thai with my colleagues and we had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were really nice and provided quick, attentive service even during rush hours. I also had the chance to meet the owner she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

✨🌿 Absolutely delicious and deeply satisfying!
We stopped by and were blown away. We tried two soups: the Tom Yum with shrimp and their house curry soup — both were bursting with flavor, fresh, rich, and beautifully balanced. You can really feel the love in the food.

The space inside is warm and glowing — soft lights, peaceful vibe, very clean and inviting. The service was fast, kind, and smooth. It felt like being welcomed by people who truly care about what they do.

So grateful for this moment. Thank you for creating such a nourishing experience. We’ll absolutely be back. 💛

I ordered food with my friend and we didn’t know roaches came with it…

Me and my husband just visited this place for the first time and ended up getting up and leaving after shortly getting our entrees. My husband saw and killed a roach that found its way on to our table, that was super disgusting but that wasn’t the deal breaker, it was the second roach that was headed our way. We paid for our appetizer but nothing else bc we didn’t eat but a few bites of our food when this happened. As we left the people sitting behind us looked interested so my husband told them that there were roaches and they said they had seen one too. So there it is, do what you will with it!

I door dashed food from here I get food here all the time but this time is the last. I got the Pad Thai with chicken in it, and as i was eating i notice a baby roach in there! i almost ate it and it didn’t just fly in there it was literally cooked in the food. i’m super upset i was enjoying my food then i found a bug. if you choose to eat here CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR BUGS😭. I hate to say it but i don’t think I’ll be getting food from here any time soon.

We stopped in while we were in the area. The building looked nice so that combined with the reviews, we were expectant. It took several minutes for someone to come from the kitchen and notice us, but we were told to pick any table as soon as they did. The waitress was nice, but a family who came in after us got their food before us. Another waitress noticed it and told our waitress. Our food came out within a few minutes of the kitchen being notified. Our food tasted good, but my husband ordered a level 3 heat. His meal had no peppers at all. By the time he was able to flag the waitress down (she did not come check on us after our food arrived), he was nearly finished with his meal. After paying, I saw a cockroach walk on the seat behind my husband’s head. The service, the food and the cleanliness give us no reason to recommend this restaurant.

Very good food and excellent service. I had the basil fried rice, and it was delicious! I've had their drunken noodles previously and they are also wonderful. It also has a nice atmosphere making it more enjoyable for going out to eat.
