I went to Zaxby's drive-thru for lunch. I forgot to ask for extra seasoning on my fries so I asked the young girl at the window if she would mind putting me some in a little container. She said sure! After paying an outrageous amount for lunch, and they have gotten smaller on their size chicken, This picture shows exactly what I received.Seriously??

Will never dine at this location again. I understand labor shortages, but after waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, I was turned away when my turn to order. It was 8:00pm exactly and the rude girl says, “we are closed.” When I questioned her and informed her that I have been waiting (and there were several cars behind me waiting) and Zaxbys needed to take my order, she rudely says again, “not serving anyone, we are closed, we close at 8.” Multiple cars waiting...read full review
