We totally get we walked into a bistro that just got 'slammed' by several big orders, but 35 minutes for a black drip coffee (that the staff forgot to make & only remembered after we checked) is a bit ridiculous.We had plenty of time to observe & saw no evidence of systems in place that kept staff focused and turning out tickets.The pressed juice is DELICIOUS, but you will wait, wait, wait for any other orders.

Menu has drip and pour-over, they make neither. Ended up with a 16oz iced americano with the most burnt espresso beans of my life when I ordered a iced pour-over. If you want wine or smoothies, I’m sure it’s good. Otherwise save your money, go to Paradeco or literally any other coffee shop.UPDATE: manager responded to my email, was professional and apologetic. Stated their drip machine had broken, and they were trying to cope. I cannot say if this is true or not, but it felt genuine. Leaving my above review because it still was my experience, but take it with a grain of salt.

They have the best kale salad!! But the smoothie was a fail, tasted watery and couldn't drink it because the big chunks of fruits couldn't go through the straw
