“My husband and I decided to check this new spot out when we wanted to get arepas. Let me say they did NOT disappoint! I was able to get one of my favorite juices (soursop) and the arepas were OUT of this world! When we’ve had them at other places, they’ve been fluffier, thicker and far too dry with little to no flavor. At 1Chick 1Bro, they were a great thickness and the total opposite of dry with a crisp from the pan on the outside. There was the wonderful flavor of the masa that I was able to enjoy. We are so excited they’re here with their incredible comida and can’t wait to go back again and try something else. Also, be sure to not sleep on the picante sauce! It was 🔥🔥🔥!”

“Where has this place been all my life?! The food is so fresh, flavorful, and full of variety. The spring rolls are next level—light, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. I also love that they have so many vegan options (and not the boring kind—actual creative, delicious ones). Everything tastes healthy without sacrificing flavor, which is rare to find. The bowls are perfect if you want something filling but not heavy, and the ingredients taste like they were just picked that morning. On top of that, the service is genuinely warm and welcoming. The space is clean, inviting, and it’s one of those spots you instantly know you’ll come back to again and again. If you’re looking for something fresh, different, and absolutely delicious, this place is it.”

“Went by for the first time yesterday--amazing service, but more than that, they make you feel cared for. It's like visiting your mom (but she's kind and doesn't pressure you to get married and have kids). I was very touched by the experience. And the Cuban sandwich was absolutely amazing!”

“I had my baby shower here after having gone to this place twice before and had great experiences. Alyssa was absolutely amazing before and during my event. She was so accommodating and willing to change things last minute, and even answer my questions late at night/ early in the morning! They were very flexible and reasonable with pricing. We did brunch and mimosas/ sangria, and it was a huge hit! The food was excellent and we even went home with a bunch! I highly recommend this place for your next event or just to have some good wine and food!”

“I'm a St. Pete Beach local and I still rank O'Maddy's #1 for the grouper sandwich or grouper dinner. I tend to order it 90% of the time because it's so good, but whenever I try anything else, it has been outstanding. Now add in that super cool people work there, and it's a great atmosphere, it's a must-go at least once or twice a month. Anytime people visit me form out of state, I take them here.”

“Took my GF for her birthday and they made it very special with a special table cloth and a birthday cannoli! The food was amazing and so was the service from Becky. Not to mention the atmosphere was very old Italian and romantic, making me look like I knew what I was doing in choosing it. I didn’t. It was our first visit but we WILL be back.”

“Cute little ice cream shop, perfect for bringing my son for a scoop of ice cream😊 2 single scoops (one for me and my son) and it was under $10.
I got the coffee crunch (delicious!) and my son got the cotton candy which he devoured! Perfect spot near the water.”

“Four of us came for lunch; only one of our party ordered seafood, which is what they mostly have. That same person also was the only one to order an alcoholic drink. My pulled pork sandwich was a great disappointment. The pulled pork didn't even cover the bottom part of the bread, very skimpy serving. What there was good, but mostly it was the taste of the bread that I experienced. Service was slow. Didn't see many ordering meals as we did, but many did enjoy the bar the libations there. If you go for seafood, you will probably enjoy this restaurant. Fortunately, it wasn't hot yet.”

“I have driven by this Café about 50 times. I went in for the first time today. I must say I am upset I waited this long to eat their amazing food. I got a full Cuban sandwich, black beans, and rice and plantain. Not only was it delicious, the sandwiches was much larger than I expected. I will only get a half next time because I could not finish this one. The customer service was amazing also.”
