Tried to go two separate times and both times the store was closed even though the hours say open until 2 PM. First time was 11 AM second time was 12 PM. It could be a good place, but the obviously just don’t understand how advertising works.

Love this little hole in the wall. Do yourself a favor and get the SEC (sausage egg and cheese) Cuban. It’s a slice of heaven for the low price of $6. Also this place is so much better than The Blend, it annoys me that that place has so many locations and not Annex

I just got an iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese croissant and it’s the best I’ve ever had in my life… And I’m 70! Not only is it food great and the coffee excellent, the service is just amazingly awesome… the service is quick and the servers are courteous, friendly I no idea say Beautiful

Great coffee and food. The employee Satori at the window was so pleasant and helped me a lot with the menu. I got the Cuban sandwich, chicken salad croissant, acai berry bowl, and the toasted marshmallow hot latte. I can not wait to go back. Everything was delicious and made perfectly! 😋
