Best crab cakes in all of Tampa area. I know because I'm from Maryland. The staff are awesome. Pet friendly is an understatement. They treat your pet like royalty as well as you. Hands down my favorite restaurant.

Best crab cakes in Florida. If you want Maryland style lump crab cakes with little filler and seasoned perfectly, go there.

Honestly I think this place is over-rated. I’ve lived here over 3 years and almost every time I walk by it’s not open. 3 weeks ago we tried to drop in on a Saturday night and despite many open tables we were turned away for not having a reservation. Tonight we finally got a reservation (in fact the host who sat us told us we were “lucky” to get one). The crab cakes are $17 each and really nothing special. The salmon dinner special was quite good but honestly I just found the overall experience to be less than I expected for the price. We had to ask for silverware after our meals were delivered. The chowder was thicker than cream of wheat, and though we only ordered one the waitress brought two and still tried to bill us for both. Not saying you won’t have a great experience here - most people do - but I just wasn’t impressed.

Hands down 5 stars all around!! Wonderful staff, Best crab cakes, mouth watering Prime Rib, and the CORN AND CRAB CHOWDER is always top of the list! Weather you are visiting or a local wanting to get your fill, this is for sure your dining destination in Gulfport!!

Went here with friends in April. Our first visit after 30months due to Covid. Great food, good service. Our server was Carly. She was helpful and a bundle of fun. Definitely worth a visit.

This has been a long time favorite, but they seem to be struggling during the pandemic. The menu has been cut way back and the food uneven. The staff works hard to make it a good experience but the food not at the level it once was.

We finally got to have dinner here as we always seemed to be walking by when it wasn't open but last night we lucked out! We started out with the crab and corn chowder. We shared a bowl and are glad we did because it was very thick and hardy. It was loaded with chunks of backfin crab sitting on top and it was delicious! I had a scallop, shrimp and crab dish with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce served with a big piece of toasted Italian bread to soak up the sauce. It certainly didn't disappoint. My wife had a the mahi stuffed with crab, also with some of the same sauce. Very good too! We then each got gelato for dessert and it was some of the best gelato we have tasted, sea salt caramel for her and pistachio for me. Do not miss that to finish your meal! Our waitress was Ali and she was excellent, checking on us quite frequently but not too much that it was annoying. Definitely recommend making a point to eat here. It was worth finally getting there on the right night!

YUM. Cute atmosphere, friendly staff, family owned, DELICIOUS food. What more could you ask for? Theres lots of patio seating (with heaters on the cooler nights :)) Corn crab chowder is a must-try!

We tried to go without reservations on a Friday night and they told us we could sit at a picnic table but after no service after 10 min we left. We were staying next door and wanted seafood so tried with reservations on Saturday night. My husbands dish was fine, but my macadamia mahi was dry and had little flavor. Weird side dishes. This place has strange identity. The saving grace...Good gelato

Food and atmosphere was phenomenal. Dog friendly patio, friendly patrons, and excellent food. Easily one of my best dining experiences in a while.

Ate on the patio. Nice cool evening and the heat lamp was a nice plus. Food was very tasty. Split the crab corn chowder which was the reason I wanted to come. Haven't been there in many years "no fault of theirs". The chowder was just as good as I recalled. Had the stuffed salmon and mushroom ravioli and that was very very good. Would order this again. Stayed for dessert and had the key lime pie. Best pie for a tart make ya pucker key lime treat. Thanks for the great friendly service as well. We will be back much sooner than later.

I've gone several times over the past year to find the restaurant closed. This site showed that it was open yesterday (Monday) and it was not. I did change the hours listed on this page.
