I paid for extra flavor for my coffee. They charged me for extra but only added just 1 more pump. Couldn't taste a difference between the extra and the normal amount of flavor and was told if I want more I'll need to pay for another "extra" fee. Just bc the coffee is cheap doesn't mean you can cheat people out of what I paid for. I paid for flavor I expect to actually taste the flavor.

This location is on point when I come by in the mornings, usually weekends. They are fast, efficient, and accurate. Today’s matcha latte was the best I’ve had from any location I’ve tried. The whole staff deserves a raise.

I ce to this location on lunch break and was sold some cold stale donuts that were taken out of the refrigerator. Too cold to eat at the moment so I let them thaw out for 30 min and then they were hard and stale, totally could not be eaten. I will never come back to this location. Donuts are to be served fresh, not cold out of the refrigerator because you did not want to throw away yesterday's batch. Totally unacceptable!

Been here on many occasions, as I live in the community. The service is always so awful that sometimes you wonder if you walked into an insane asylum. You'll question your safety on some days. You'll get the wrong food. You'll be charged the wrong thing. You'll be served by jerks with no sense of awareness. You'll be treated horrendously by the staff.

I visit Dunkin almost everyday for my Matcha latte, I'll continue to get my drink until they stop making it. Except the Dunkin that's close to my house never has my Matcha, so I stopped going. (34th St South store) To be specific. But I recommend every other location.

Food is ok most of the time, but it seems like every time we go the staff is fighting with each and/or swearing so loudly that our toddler can hear them very clearly in the car. We don’t ever go inside, but you would think the staff would try to be a little more low key with work problems/language. I rarely leave reviews, but maybe the owner or management will see and try to address workplace issues so customers don’t have to listening to the yelling and screaming when getting their food.

I am not one to EVER leave a bad review I believe in karma and I always give the benefit of the doubt having been in the service industry before and especially for dunkin I go there every day and love my latte's they make for me and everyone is always soooo sweet. However today was not the case, I was on my phone when i pulled up to the drive thru on a business call, I also had my 2 year old in the back. I rolled down my window and heard nothing which I figured they were busy so it would be a minute no worries. I continued my work call, and my daughter also had her iPad playing cocomelon and within two seconds I hear in a very rude tone " you are very loud in our speaker but what do you want" I was in shock being that I didn't feel I was even talking loudly and even the person on the other side of my call said " did they seriously just say that to you, what amazing customer service they have". I agreed and said yeah that was extremely rude and asked again was I believe loud to my client?? what a nice "FACE" of the company to greet you.I could understand if I had been screaming into a phone call or being irate or cursing and directing it at the speaker then yes please address me but this was not the case at all. I even paused my call when i first pulled up to the speaker and i rolled my window down waiting to hear someone ask for my order.I finally ordered once i picked my jaw up off the ground, and when i got to the window and asked in a very calm tone and manner, " can i ask who took my order" the girl in the window (red hair i believe) points beside her to the woman staring me down as if ive already offended her.All I WANTED to say to this woman but never had the chance to say, as a business owner myself in Gulfport that was not friendly customer service especially considering I was on a call talking in my car and if I was loud for her I do apologize everyone has their perspective but instead of being able to say anything The girl in the window hands me my order and lies right to my face and says " she didn't even say anything (with attitude) she just asked to take your order" (covering for her i get it I was in the service industry too) and again still talking calmly I said "actually she didn't and before I can speak anything out Ketchya who took my order(i believe is her name) leaps across this other girl in the window yelling at me HAVE A NICE DAY and continued yelling this at me while hanging her HEAD OUR THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW, at this point I was confused on what she considered to be loud in her standards of me talking on my phone in my car verses her now screaming at me I guess only other peoples voices are loud hers can be any volume she deems. Now Keep in mind the only things ive said is " can i ask who took my order" and " that's actually not what she said to me". Also i have a 2 year old who had no clue why someone was yelling at her mother through a drive thru and is now crying and upset because we don't yell in my house and all because I wanted to know was why I was addressed that way all I wanted was a latte and hashbrowns for my child, I guess we are in a society where someone can address you any way they like but you are not allowed to ask why or feel offended.I am a very professional person, never do i have interactions like this but I was very insulted at how I was addressed at a place i frequent every day for my coffee, also I don't know how to accurately spell her name because right before she screamed at me I asked what her name was because she clearly had a bad day and was directing it at me, she quickly covered her name tag keeping me from seeing it, I caught enough of it though to attempt to spell it.Now if she had done nothing wrong and was not treating customers poorly why would she need to cover her name tag. I also wrote this to corporate. My reviews are always positive i hate that I even had this experience especially with my 2 year old in the car. I hope her day gets better and
