I love this little coffee shop! The best thing about it is the lady that works the counter. She is super sweet and positive and genuinely inviting to all customers. Coffee and food pretty good too. I got a breakfast sandwich and an iced latte and I was satisfied with each. Will definitely come back!

You know it's good when it closes at 1 PM! The service here is top-notch, with Sid and Nora being absolute gems. The food and coffee are delicious, and the place has a really cool vibe. They even offer gluten-free options.

It's always a great place to stop in. There's a cute fence along the sidewalk, making the outside seating comfortable and cozy. The shop is located in a quaint old-time Florida house sporting what appears to be the original wood floors.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a Cappuccino and two delicious cookies (salted caramel chocolate chip; oatmeal raisin walnut cookie). Both cookies were warm as though they had just come from the oven. They have a great food menu, too.
This place is perfect for all ages. If only we lived closer - we live it here.

Gulfperk has the nicest and most welcoming staff of any coffee shop I have been to… and I have been to alot. The coffee is delicious and always perfectly balanced. My favorite is an iced latte with just a hint of pistachio and oatmilk… delicious! The food selection is very good as well. Good seating area inside and out.
