I ordered my food through door dash. After waiting over an hour for my food, my food was unpresentable. They gave me two double cheese burgers one was smushed up like they just slapped everything together. The other sandwhich bread was so hard my child couldn’t even eat it. My fries was cold. This is completely unacceptable. Called the store multiple times but nobody answered.

The food is good, but it's been the second time that I placed an order via self checkout and had to wait 30 minutes. It seems like the staff could not see the order placed in the self checkout as the screen was switched off. I was eventually helped, but management needs to make sure there is enough people working and that self checkout orders are visible. If checkout is broken, customers should be warned not to use it

I just ordered food from this location and it was nasty as hell don't eat from there if you want cold food and stale fries.
my girlfriend and i rode our bikes to this location just to find out the lobby is closed and they’re not allowing anyone to come inside, yet they had multiple homeless people inside. when we explained to the employees she’s pregnant and just wants a simple $5 meal deal they ridiculed us for wanting to eat there while pregnant and for not having a car to go through the drive through. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us and the previous time we did wait in the drive through just to not be acknowledged by the sensor and when customers would come up they’d specifically take the cars order and refuse our service. How is it that homeless people who just sit and beg for food inside all day allowed inside yet paying customers are forced to have a car in order to order something. Make it make sense.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I came through the drive through at about 9:45pm i order a $5 mcdouble meal deal with a spicy mc-chicken. i pull up to pay everything is good! i then get told to pull to spot #1 because the spicy mc-chicken needed 2 minutes. i sit for about 5 minutes. A young man who DOES NOT WORK at mcdonald’s (i knew because he had on pajamas) brings me out a spicy mc-chicken i proceeded to tell him what i got he said he will be right back. He then comes out again with the wrong order. i drive back around the drive through to let them know i have the wrong order and young lady tells me to pull to the 2nd window and let them know what’s happening i sit in the drive through for about 25 minutes with no movement. i then hear the manager tell the young lady at the window to clock out that she can no longer work past the time because she is a minor. I then wait for about 10 minutes a young man comes to the window and says “you look aggravated” i then say “yes i am i have been here now for about 45 minutes” i then finally get to the 2nd window( A whole new crew was working) i tell them what’s going on they take the order back then ask me to pull up and wait AGAIN i then ask “am i going to get my order if i pull up” he says “ “yes you will” so waited for about 10mins at this time i am honking my horn i am extremely mad at the time i am there for an HOUR. i eventually pull off with no food that was PAID for. I am very disappointed and hungry.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s on Saturday night around 12 AM. One of the employees was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was clear that he was cheating or cutting corners with his work, and his attitude toward customers was downright rude. He acted like he didn’t care at all about doing his job properly. I’ve never felt so disappointed and disrespected in a fast food place before. If this is the kind of staff McDonald’s hires, then something seriously needs to change. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
