I specifically came in with my grandkids who wanted the pokemon happy meals. They gave them some basketball game. The pokemon was advertised in the window and the sample of what the kids get in the meal was displayed in the restaurant. I would've never ordered the meals had I known. I had two very disappointed boys. False advertising.

I’m so tired of the lack of customer service this location provides for my UE orders. No sauce that I requested for my chicken nuggets, no straw for my drink. They give zero Fs about their online orders. This is the 4th time my order has been missing multiple items. I won’t be ordering from Gulfport again. Just because someone orders online doesn’t mean you don’t have to pack their order with care. Do better.

Came to pick up a Doordash and after 20+ minutes having me and the customer waiting they just said the order was given to someone else! The customer didn't get the order so that means the restaurant didn't make sure they were giving the order to a real doordash with the accurate order!

I’ve bought McDonald’s three times through Uber eats in the last week. All three times my order was missing key parts of the order. I tried calling the McDonald’s, but they just answer and then hang up. Extremely unprofessional. And it’s a waste of time to order there. An absolute waste of time.
