“Manny’s Chophouse is absolutely amazing, the theming, the service and the atmosphere are all 5⭐️plus. Emily our server was fantastic, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We’re from the UK and Manny’s is the one staple we have when visiting Orlando. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Soul Train Express is fantastic. Food was what I have been searching for. I'm new to Winter Haven and was excited to see a place where I could get some of my old home (MD) cooking without the flair of the islands. Sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, greens and fried catfish, wooo!
Now, the only downside is it is not a fast grab and go but the super good music and friendly staff makes the wait a part of the experience.

Parking: This is a food truck which is parked next to a parking garage. There seems to be another entrance on the next street but I did not go that way.”

“We had breakfast this morning for Veterans Day. Of course they were slammed. Outstanding staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We had to wait for our food but while we waiting we noticed how well the staff worked together. The wait staff was complimenting the kitchen and wait staff helped one another. Yes the wait was long but we didn’t mind. The meal was outstanding. Thank you so much to the staff. We’ll be back. They deserve 5 stars.”

The people who work there are always super nice, and the food... the food is excellent. Really next level. I'd say best French Toast I've ever had, and everything I've tried has been no less than very good.

We've been here several times, as it's right across the street from us, and have never had a bad experience. No more expensive than any sit-down restaurant like Denny's or Bob Evans, and you're getting home-made style amazing food.”

“This is the most authentic Mexican ever. I love the menudo soup minus the cilantro and flour tortillas instead of the corn as I am allergic to corn. I would love for them to teach me how to make as it is easy on my stomach. My SIN loves this every time he visits. I just wish they were open everyday.

“Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.”

The service was lovely, they were all very friendly, and made sure everything was okay. They also had lovely decor, but while we came they were in the middle of painting the walls, Will come back for more soon, can’t wait to see the re-design!”

On my order, I addressed an issue that I have had in the past and when my friend picked up the order, they asked for me to personally address the issue. Now that is customer service even though the issue was not with the ladies who made my order today. The salad I ordered today was made perfectly! It had so much flavor that I did not even have to use dressing on it. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. I tried to call to thank these ladies, but I believe they are having phone issues. I called Haines city taco bell and was told it was not their problem. So now, I have to call my credit card company to dispute Order. “unbelievable experience. many fast food chains do not care about their food presentation nor their hospitality but in this case we were delighted to visit early morning where the restaurant was clean and comfortable. all of the condiments were stopped and available to us. not to mention the food was exceptional , hot and fast .
your workers were awesome for to be as early as it was, they didn't seem aggravated or as they didn't want to be at work like many do ..early morning LOL.
