“I wish I took a pic of the food! I’m from NY and I know it’s hard to find goodfood spots in Florida. Me and my sister got the oxtails with rice & peas and cabbage and a side of Mac and cheese everything was absolutely delicious!!! We waited a little while because he had ran out of oxtails but he made more and gave us free drink for the wait. The man was really kind despite all the orders he had back to back! Definitely recommend 10/10 food & service. Honestly reasonable prices as well compared to the price of
Groceries now a days!!! Must try peeps”

“I try the 1/4 chicken combo with yuca al mojo and fries the chicken was absolutely tender and juicy, fries were crispy and well seasoned and the yuca was well cooked and delicious. The combo comes with soda and the price are reasonable. The guy was berry polite and attentive. Food came out quick. Overall good food and service. 10/10”

I am from Canada and loved every minute I spent there, thanks to my friend who found this place the year prior. “We had breakfast this morning for Veterans Day. Of course they were slammed. Outstanding staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We had to wait for our food but while we waiting we noticed how well the staff worked together. The wait staff was complimenting the kitchen and wait staff helped one another. Yes the wait was long but we didn’t mind. The meal was outstanding. Thank you so much to the staff. We’ll be back. They deserve 5 stars.”

“My wife and I enjoy eating at Culver’s, but I’ve recently had a couple of disappointments. We have been purchasing the pints of ice cream in their freezer to take home with us, only to be very disappointed when the ice cream inside is nothing like what it’s supposed to be.An example, my chocolate volcano was supposed to have different things in it , but when I ate it, there was nothing but chocolate custard in it no little M&M’s no chocolate pieces no cake no cookies no nothing. I I talked to one of the employees and explained everything and she was very polite and acted like I would maybe get a another one to replace it for free but once she went back to talk to the manager, he said no.. I was very disappointing especially when pints are like six dollars each. From now on My Wife and I will buy our ice cream at either Walmart or Publix . It’s a lot less expensive and you actually get what you pay for.”

“This is the most authentic Mexican ever. I love the menudo soup minus the cilantro and flour tortillas instead of the corn as I am allergic to corn. I would love for them to teach me how to make as it is easy on my stomach. My SIN loves this every time he visits. I just wish they were open everyday.

“Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.”

I meet Darleen the owner, shes a sweet heart, and very hospitable. I had the tripleta sandwich and like us Boricuas will say esta Afuego. Darleen keeps the hard work and great food.”

“Got menu flyer in mail, thought what the heck give it a try. To my amazement it was one of best Pizza I've had in a long time. I'm not into overly sauced pizzas. The light tomato sauce was good but the smokey meat on the Deluxe was AWESOME. Large was enough for us to eat for 2 days. I plan on going back. I found my new local pizza place and plan on telling others. So keep up the good work. I'm from Chicago so I know pizza!
Well things went to HELL.
I ordered a delivery and asked if they could do debt or check they said yes. Driver comes and it a no go so no delivery of my pizza then after that I was black listed for delivery.
So since then I haven't bothered to either go to the store . I really did like their pizza but screw with me and it's over.”

“Orderd 6 fish sandwiches got 4 spicy ordered 3 new cheesecakes got 3 apple pies. Not happy. Ordered chicken delivery from them about 6 months ago it was late arriving, cold and bloody. Hubby wanted to give them another try and now my order messed up again. I will not be going back. Headeds up if you purchase from them you better check the order before you leave the store.”

I called Haines city taco bell and was told it was not their problem. So now, I have to call my credit card company to dispute Order. Really, taco bell would do this to me for $20.So disappointed 😞.I just received a complimentary gift certificate from the manager for a free entree. “unbelievable experience. many fast food chains do not care about their food presentation nor their hospitality but in this case we were delighted to visit early morning where the restaurant was clean and comfortable. all of the condiments were stopped and available to us. not to mention the food was exceptional , hot and fast .
your workers were awesome for to be as early as it was, they didn't seem aggravated or as they didn't want to be at work like many do ..early morning LOL.

“We drove from Winter Garden after seeing a TikTok About Lucy's and let me.tell you, it was well worth the drive! We tried several flavors including bubble gum for the kids, horchata (made from homemade horchata) and my favorite maiz (corn). Served in fresh homemade waffle cones, this was some of the best ice cream we've had in a long time. Natalie took time to answer my several questions and was SO friendly! We'll definitely be back!”

No hot water for tea and they are using paper plates because of problem with dishwashing machine. Interior is plain. No music. Lovely food photos on their Facebook page do not appear to reflect their actual dishes at this time. Advice: Study their menu before going and make your decision then; communication can be a bit of a challenge. The goat is locally sourced because it is more tender than if bought elsewhere, we were told; bones are normal in goat dishes but these bones were tiny and numerous. On our next visit, we will stick to vegetarian. Definitely worth a second try! Tip generously!”
