Coming to the place second time wanted to give it a second chance
First time we came I order we left tips to the girl who works there and she couldn’t take our coffee outside.Second time which happened today we came 9 02 and she said you guys came 10 min early and I have to set up chairs and tables and only after that I can take your order,Like what?No customer service the place gonna go down with this management and that girl working there.

I love traveling and looking for cool coffee spots and roasters everywhere I go. That said, I didn’t have to go far to find this awesome coffee shop. For starters, the decor, music, and vibe is inviting. The coffee is imported from Trieste, Italy and it’s fantastic! I ordered the Latte with an extra shot and it was a perfect blend of toasty and flavorful without the bitterness. I recommend stopping by to grab a cup of coffee and maybe listen to some Sade or John Mayer while there. Enjoy!

From the first time I stepped foot inside, I’ve been hooked. The food is delicious, coffee of course my favorite, and the staff (Stephanie) the Manager and the staff are so friendly. I use to go to Barnes & Nobles, drink a coffee, and read a book and hangout. Now I bring a book to the Bad Parrot and read there. You won’t be disappointed, I invite you to give it a try.

Took them 3 tries a to make an iced americano correctly….and it was $10 by the time they stopped hitting buttons. Food was meh, coffee was meh. Save your time and money. Atmosphere is cool.

Great experience! They make a mean Matcha that never disappoints and their food is fabulous! Freshly made pastries and sandwiches on site, nothing frozen here, and craft coffees. The place is awesome! And the staff was super nice! Going back next time for an Espresso Martini or a half bottle of KJ Chardonnay. Don't miss this hidden gem at Gulfstream Park.

Bad Parrot Café is a new spot at Gulfstream Park! The food is insanely good—fresh-made breakfast croissants and empanadas, plus coffee that’s better than Starbucks with tons of options (almond milk, matcha, flavor shots—you name it). So sad... The place has so much potential... But the lady at the counter really makes you regret walking in... I don't know what we did but from the moment we opened the door we were welcoming to the worst customer service .. extremely rude lady... At this me ok moment I can't let you know if the coffee was or not worth it ..
