No ice cream before 2:00 p.m.… pretty frustrating ???

Went into the store around 8:30pm just to get ice creams I was attended by Tatiane she was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to charge properly when i caught her mistake she started to scream at me I wanted to leave my order but didn’t want to create a seen for everyone and my family was were waiting for me in the car so I didn’t take a action. But I would like Tatiane to understand if she doesn’t want to work and help people then she should just let them know and not waste there time. And if she can’t do her job properly then she shouldn’t do it at all

Went to this place at 9:30 pm since it said they were open till 11 pm and the store & drive thru had already closed.

Tell me how my girl orders a cake for me for my birthday last month and it was good so I thought I would order one too. October 8th is my girls birthday so on October 6th I placed an order. I go and pick it up it’s not even made the only excuse was the lady didn’t see it whatcha mean I placed the order on the 6th

Every time I come to the location I get rude staff talking to me like they crazy, I approached at 9:20pm on a Saturday first a young man said they closed and he sounded confused then a young lady came on the speaker and I asked her why are they closed and she said because “this is a store and we have to start cleaning the store to close it” then I said well it’s only 9:20pm and she then replied “AND WHATS YOUR POINT WERE CLOSED!” And left me talking to myself and then I went to the window and they both ran to the back. This is disgusting to me!! I will be taking this to the higher ups!

Two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cone, placed in a cup. It was so delicious. Good to the very last lick.

The website says they open at 4am. The sign in the drive thru says 4:30 and they still opened late. I realize that this is half Dunkin and half Baskin Robbins, but the woman in the drive thru said that they don't have any ice cream. I asked for the prepacked ice cream, which I know is in its own freezer near where you order, and she repeated that they didn't have any ice cream. I call BS. Don't waste your time

At this point this location needs to close. I went to this business it wasn’t even close time no one to be found. Ya have employees not working but still getting paid. Missing in action. That’s so ghetto but I’m not surprise. It matches perfect the person and the place of work. Never again will I go there again.
