I’m gonna make this as easy and straight to the point as possible . Apt 704B Pros: Easy check in process Host Communication was ok Central location (nearby shops , restaurants) Cons: The photos posted online seem to show a luxurious unit with a nice big bathroom and full size shower with a tub. When arrived, we were extremely disappointed to see that the bathroom was completely different and the photos are from a different unit, the size of the bathroom is not even a third of what you see in the picture. The bathing area was a stand up tiny shower .The bathroom is so small that even two people do not fit in there at the same time. The patio was also different from the photos. I booked the unit because of the shower and patio and couldn’t believe when I realized the photos are from another unit! Misleading. The beds are a disaster. These bed frames are upholstery and I’ve never seen bed frames this dirty in my entire life! The sheets were also dirty with different colored stains. Thank god there’s a Walmart right across the street and I was able to walk over and buy new sheets . Hand marks all over the wells. The curtains are broken so good luck sleeping with the sun in your face. Oh, and the vent register was broken, so high five to whoever went up there to break it. The room had ONLY two medium sized towels, one small hand towel one small face towel for a room that advertised to house 4 people . Reaching out to you for extra towels was a whole mission. I was told I would get additional towels out of “courtesy”???? I should use the same dirty towel for 3 days?? When the “towels” arrived they were left outside the door without a sign . When I opened the bag it was 2 tiny hand towels. Overall experience was horrible
I've waited a few months to write this review in case the frustration subsided. It hasn't. Very few amenities listed on the site are valid. The cabanas, food delivery options, beach club and area transportation within a 2-mile radius are non-existent. Bikes are on-site but are very expensive and few are available. Front desk staff could not have been more rude. I was accused of not checking in in-person, even though I did and provided my I.D. to be photocopied and swiped my card for resort fees. I was told multiple times that I did no such thing. I signed a document at check-in stating my reservation dates, however, I was met by security and deactivated room keys 3 days prior to my checkout date as the front desk could not confirm my date and had "re-rented" my room - that i had pre-paid for. I had to provide proof of my dates and never received an apology, just a "you're good to stay." I overheard the front desk staff complaining about the GM to other staff members about the lack of information he collected when he checked me in. Oh, this was all in addition to checking in during an active MURDER investigation that had taken place that morning. I made no mention of it as the property can't control what happens there, but I certainly didn't expect to be treated as a criminal myself when I had prepaid several weeks prior. The door handle fell off during my stay, the floor lamp was laying on the floor when I checked in and none of the light bulbs in the lamps worked. There are 2 elevators for the entire 30+ floors and no service elevators. Expect a very, very long wait up and down. Like so long, you have to plan for it when you're coming and going. The on-site coffee shop was not open one single day on time, and some days a couple of hours after the posted 7 am time. The one and only saving grace was the GM who was kind and did call me to hear my experience once I returned home. He offered to offset my resort fees since they covered little to no promised amenities. However, the booking was made through Expedia and nothing else could be credited, I was told. I also was chastised by the staff for booking through a third-party. The staff refused to connect me with him or anyone else above them during any of my more than awful experiences.
Prior to arriving at the property I was a bit skeptical of how the experience would be as per the other reviews. When I arrived I was received well by the front desk staff alex very friendly very hospitable and helpful. The views were phenomenal from the 32nd floor. The shuttle was very convenient as I was here mainly for the beach amenity. Would love to retorno again.
The WORST hotel on the planet for a black family. Staff is rude. Tough guy in Maintenance attacks a group of CHILDREN because he's angry I called for emergency responders for a CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM going off that he never was able to turn off. DANGER. STAY AWAY!!!

We planned to have a wonderful stress free vacation. Got to resort, our reservation was mixed up.. first sign of problems. Hotel had ONLY 2 elevators for 30 floors. The wait time was up to 20 minutes each time with 10-15 people on elevator Each time. We got to the condo and it was FILTHY!! The carpets were black, coffee table scratched and marked. The couch stained and not worth sitting on. The dishwasher overflowed all over the floor. The smell of pot greeted us every night! We complained over a week and a half and there were no resolutions. We were held captive because the owners and the service we purchased the condo through did not have a solution. They could not find a comparable condo since it was the height of the season. The condo was on the 29th floor and the ONLY nice thing was the view amid the filth we stayed in! I strongly recommend that one does not stay in this building. Every day AirBnb people checked in at 4 pm and checked out at 11 in the morning. During these periods of time, approximately 2 hours each, the elevators were clogged with long lineups. Almost everyone complained once they started their stays… a big waste of time. If you do not want a frustrating vacation, DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Don't book this place and ruin your vacation! It is a complete SCAM! I booked it through AirBnb, the host name was Apartment in Hallandale Beach by Victoria. I was paid 1.200 USD. It was a complete SCAM! They sold my room to others for higher price and I was just outside at street 02:00 am after I came from Airport... So, you want to ruin your vacation? Book this place!!!
"Hotel" staff was rude. Overpriced facility next to a Walmart. Horrible experience. The parking staff is horrible. Staff asked for additional cash payment. I denied. Requested a cancellation. Was promised a refund that I never received. Parking staff had my car towed the morning of my departure even though I made the 2 payments of $74.90 and $37.45 (and did not receive any refund) to "1st Class Parking". Parking staff told me to talk to security - Security told me Parking was handled by seprate company. I had to leave our luggage at the hotel and get a ride to recover my car at Alpine Towing, which cost me an additional $191.94 not to mentioned it ruined our day. A horrible experience, not to mentioned overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Franck Bauguil
Not sure how the rating is a 4 definitely not 4 stars. Stayed 5 days and I think we spend more time waiting for the elevator no joke 20-30 min. It's honestly worth taking it up 31 floors then back down so at least your on.. very frustrating and everyone is award the hotel it self doesn't care because they keep making money with people staying. And the employee's use it as a service elevator also. The Bistro on site has nothing. They claim they are busy but it's not. The pool is nice but glass gets thrown into it alot and it takes 5-7 days to empty, clean, and fill. The beach is 5-10 min walk this would be the only 5 star for the location. For last min if your stuck stay if not look elsewhere.
High disappointed in my stay here. For starters, when I booked this hotel I was expecting to be able to utilize the amenities in the resort but was told that the pool was under maintenance. This was after a chaotic check in experience, there were two separate lines for check in-one for Airbnb and the other for the hotel. I waited in the longest line expecting it to be the normal check in line but was told after 40 minutes that it was the wrong line. The parking garage registration also took forever. The entire stay was completely ruined by the extremely long wait times to use the only two elevators in the building. To top off the stay the hotel room looked dirty, sheets didn't look clean, we had housekeeping knocking at 11 am forcing us to hurry out and the door kept unlocking in the middle of the night like our card was registered to another card. Didn't feel safe and then was told I owe a 66 resort fee. What resort? We couldn't even get enjoy our stay. Will NEVER stay here again.

Absolute nightmare situation with elevators in this building! I was staying for a week and on most occasions it took me 30+ mins to wait for the elevator. The building had only 2 elevators and for 30 floor building 4 elevators is a must! All the elevators arrive crowded and people are frustrated because you spend enormous amount going up and down.
You agree on a price for a one bedroom suite, arrive and there’s a 50 dollar a day charge on top of that price? Seems off to say the least. The carpet in the unit had major bleach spots. Bed sheet had blood spots on them and the comforter. The noise on the north side of the building on the 26th floor is epic! Forget getting a good nights sleep. The car/ motorcycle noise from the highway is crazy! Garbage chute noise at 4 am? Why wouldn’t the door be locked? Place was less than clean. Promised room cleaning on Wednesday was towel’s dropped off. When I asked if that was cleaning they said we weren’t on the list so tomorrow. The elevator will eat 40 minutes of your day up going in and out. Crazy aggravating that staff insist on coming in with stinky stuff. Pool is in the shade after 12. Deck has a little sun in the afternoon. Internet cuts in an out every few minutes! Impossible to get any work done. Bistro menu is very limited. We would never visit this hotel again.
It's a hotel, not a resort... the only amenities are a standard pool and gym. There are 2 elevators for 30 floors which is completely unacceptable... you wait 20 mins for an elevator with space! The balconies are nice with a good view and it walking distance from the beach (about 10 minute walk, including over the lift bridge).
