Excellent customer service! Thank you to much to Luca who was an absolute star when it came to answering my many confirmation phone calls. We had a group with several severe allergies and they handled them all seamlessly. Food was presented beautifully and the group was very happy with the quality! I would absolutely order from them again while in the area and recommend them to others!

The staff is rude and disrespectful, with no sense of organization. They are constantly behind and repeatedly open and close the service window in customers' faces.
I've personally witnessed them treating delivery drivers terribly-leaving them waiting 40+ minutes with no communication or acknowledgment. I will never return to this location. No matter how good the food or service could be, if you don't have the capacity to handle both in-store customers and mobile orders, then you shouldn't accept them. Instead, it feels like they prioritize taking all the money while providing poor treatment and service.

So disappointed. I’ve ordered from belly fish for years. Always ignoring the lack of customer service and reliability because my kids like their sushi. But, this is it. They have so much businesses that they do not care about properly fulfilling your order or having it ready in time… I’m talking you can be waiting for hours for sushi.
Btw do not even go there, ZERO service. Order form a window and take care of yourself outside.

Bellyfish Aventura is our absolute favorite for fresh sushi! And we have tried a lot! Their takeout packaging is far superior to others as well, as the line of cars for pickup tells! We occasionally eat by the Pegasus statue as well, but take out if always a hit, especially the torched salmon rolls and crispy rice with hamachi!!!
