Lady was rude as hell to me

Just had the 9$ Brisket Whopper & it was not edible & i tasted 0 brisket. Really Think they gave me a regular whopper patty. Will not buy again. Now i know why they closed 2 Burker Kings near me, Quality went down, prices went up & it reflected with low sales.

This is the worst Burger King. I’ve ever been to my sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted old lettuce. The fries were cold and stale and the smell of the restaurant was just disgusting. I can’t believe I wasted nine dollars in this place.

Overall no issues. For regular customers it would be nice to offer some discount. My elderly parents patronize daily and never get a price break. I just can not feel comfortable incouraging that to continue.

This is absolutely horrible the sandwich that I ended up ordering was absolutely steel and cold lathered with at least 2 inches of mayonnaise to hide the steel and horrible taste of the meat. I even tried to reach out to the Restaurant and unfortunately the number is not in service or it’s not working. It is absolutely horrible. The food is absolutely horrible and it’s cold stale and really alarming that they’re serving this type of food I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My partner and I were treated with blatant disrespect. After this experience, we will never return to this location.

To the staff: if you don’t want to work with people, then don’t. Find a job where you don’t have to interact with the public. The manager, in particular, stood out for her lack of basic manners. Her behavior was more fitting of a street argument than a professional workplace.

This location needs serious changes — starting with its staff.
