Worst experience ever very rude drone thru person Screen doesn't work speaker damaged When I pulled around it was the wrong orderI was a polite and treated horribly Once the order was corrected at the payment window It's window is boated up I paid in cash and was told the 27 cents owed could not be give. To me as they have no change WHAT ????When I asked for the manager the drive thru employee told me I should eat at home. Secondly they are following COVID guidelines I have reported them to the browsed County Health departmentDONT GO THERE

Horrible experience I was figuring out what I would like to order for my 3 kids and myself and someone comes outside to the monitor and rudley rushes me saying “you are on our service time” at this point I am feeling rushed so when I finish ordering and get to the window I politely asked why I was being rushed and they rudely said I was taking up their service time the woman name is Maria and she was only trying to shoo me away even though I was the only customer in the drive through. I had a horrible experience and left feeling very upset this is NOT good customer service IF I could leave zero stars I would. Never again.

I've been there twice in the last month and will NEVER go back. The girl at the window was wearing her mask under her nose while packing our food and filling drink orders without gloves. Had to remind her she was missing a drink (I only ordered two). Now that we are back home I've discovered I was given a Spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular- I'm pregnant and can't handle spice right now. I was never asked what I wanted for the kids meal drink as she automatically handed me apple juice, so I had to request an alternate. Milk was not an option- I'm assuming it was expired as she pulled one out, checked the date, and threw it away.My first visit there I encountered similar rude, rushed employees. There was only one car behind me the first visit and no one behind me on my most recent visit.

The service of the employees is bad. They act as if it's a bother to take your order. The quality of the food has been really bad. Soggy fries burgers put together sloppy chicken nuggets seem like they've been sitting out a long time. They need new management disgusting

May I add to my terrifying, devastating experience at this horrific place that I definitely absolutely INDEED reported this group of rude, unkind staff to their corporate complaint hotline. As I had described to the local police department of this establishment location, I walked in this place HOPING I could make new friends with staff, being that I had come to this spot A NUMBER of multiple times and everything was great between me and staff until the (Puerto Rican) old employee man from here devastated my chance of ever making any kinds of humane bonds or warm friendships with any of the staff here. This awful man was like a wild hurricane, ruining everything and stirring nothing but disgust between staff and myself, ruining the little bit of friendship "flower" I had already planted in our short, peaceful history together of my visiting this restaurant free from any issues ever at all, until that crazy (Puerto Rican) old man employee destroyed all of that with his violence, his foul mouth, and his bad, angry attitude. I was only trying to be a friend, in search of friendship here, only to get treated with disrespect and that crazy, unstable man yelling at me at like 2:30 in the morning in their parking lot.

Really bad service never had an experience as bad as this one ! they didn’t even open the window back open to help me ! The phone is disconnected to speak to a manager! If I could not put a star I wouldn’t the girls have really bad customer service and should be fired her name is ki and the girl that was there at the time !!

I ordered food here last night at the drive thru and the service was pretty bad. The car in front of me was told to wait but the employee never came back to the microphone and the car pulled away. So I pull up and she did the same by telling me to wait. So i waited a while and they came back to the microphone and I ordered something simple. I pull up and the 2 workers were kind of arguing and they took my payment and gave me the food. I checked for my sauce for my chicken nuggets that I asked for and it wasn't there so I asked again. She gave me one sauce for the 8 or 10 piece nuggets. Overall just bad visit. I only write the review so that someone sees it and corrects the behavior or hires some better people.

Ogly. The personnel does not listen and end up given a different menu. They gave no receipt . just seems like they dont care. This is the second time that same thing happenened .
