I've been here a couple times and the food has always been to standard. The issue is the rest of the employees. They have zero customer service skills and actively avoid serving customers. You could stand at the counter all day and no one would talk to you. Please consider retraining or hiring people who can actually serve the customers.

Our visit to BurgerFi was fantastic! We ordered cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and large fries. The Angus beef in the cheeseburgers was delicious, and the fries were amazing—crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The chicken tenders were tender and flavorful. It is 2:45 PM on a Monday I tried calling to place an order over the phone. The very rude manager told me I needed to download an app and they do not take orders over the phone so the whole world needs to have a phone in order to order from this place and deal with a rude manager that has 0 % people skills I come on a regular not anymore?

SHAME ON THIS RESTAURANT! I ordered kids menu for my 3 year old child and got a burned tiny meat burger / burned blackened bread with some crusty old rusty burned fries! For $15 plus tip. You guys should be ashamed for sending out a kids menu order the way it came !

I ordered fries with parmesan and truffles - they were terrible, I ate one and threw it away. the potatoes were boiled, burnt and simply disgusting in taste. Perhaps I was so unlucky, but I will definitely never go there again.
