I frequent this spot often - mostly via takeout, but sometimes dine in. I have to say their Pad Thai always hits the spot for me each time, and their menu is vast so the likelihood that they’ll have something you want is always pretty high, so my husband and I have this as a backup when we don’t feel like cooking. In person, I found myself waiting a while for the food to come, and the drinks were a little underwhelming, ergo the missing star. That being said, I will always be grateful to this spot for being a trustworthy spot for our takeout nights! ✨

I come here maybe every week sometimes twice . I spend at least $70-100 each time. Food excellent nothing to say.

Customer service first time today. A disgrace .
I canceled an order a month or two ago . Called to even apologize after placing it . Yes it was an emergency and I couldn’t make it .
Apparently they took it very personally and decided it was worth to block me from placing further orders with them After my call today . I explained I called to cancel. It was out of my control.
Nope they didn’t care . They decided that putting a block in their computer from me placing future take out orders is better for their business. It’s a restaurant that just lost my business my family’s my friends and anyone that comes with me
But the worst the nerve the owner has no respect for customers at all. They argued with me aggressively telling me I was in the wrong for not picking up a single order placed back in June .
The woman made me feel like I was a criminal for missed lunch time order. I mean seriously how can you treat people with such standards . Things happen emergency’s happen I called to appolgize and they ban me from pick up orders , but had I walked in there today like I did several times after this missed pick up order I would have been seated and taken care of with no problem . Learn how to respect your loyal clients . Look up my account and see how much money I have spent on a monthly there in the past . Customers bring in more customers you clearly don’t understand the value of that . Just looking to fill your registers . Disappointed beyond measures . It was a family
Favorite as we live so close . But hey sushi restaurants are one dozen not worth to go somewhere that does not respect you your family or values.
And don’t respond with how rude I was on the phone. YES I WAS . Because I was very nice by calling and apologizing for missing my past lunch order that was literally one role that day.

Having visited for the third time, we are disappointed to share that we will not be returning. My husband's order of a MASAMAN curry was unfortunately served as a salmon curry. While we understand that errors can occur, there was a lack of responsibility demonstrated. Furthermore, the manager engaged in an argument with my husband, insisting that he had ordered the dish, despite his fish allergy. Did she genuinely anticipate him consuming it? The customer service and management were truly unsatisfactory. Please be aware when visiting, you will not be treated curteously.

The fried snapper is so delicious! The fish is so nicely presented and very tasty. We've been dining here many years and the food quality and tast is always fantastic. Sushi is delicious.

I've decided to eat something in the evening and I was craving sushi. So I went to this nice Asian restaurant. The people who work there are nice and friendly. They make you feel like home. Jason was my server. He asked me what I wanted to eat. I took my time to choose and Jason was very patient with me. While I was waiting for my food, I looked at the decore. It was beautiful. A couple of minutes later my food was brought to me. The miso soup was nicely cooked. I also ate shrimp shumi and chicken teriyaki bento box. Although for dinner it came with a tuna roll, Jason was kind enough to change it to a California roll instead since I like that one better. Once I was done, I was ready to get the check. Jason brought me what I needed. He was also very friendly to talk to and recommended me some places to visit in Florida. So if you are new to here and want a nice place to eat, please don't hesitate to stop by here. You won't regret it.

Lived in sunnyisles beach for 6 years. And this is the best sushi restaurant out here near the area! Everything tasted so fresh and the rolls are big! And really good quality! Service was also really kind and fast! Will be coming back!

Came in hoping for an Asian flavor explosion. Left feeling like I got sucker-punched by a soggy California roll. 😩🍥

The Sushi:
If you're a fan of room-temperature mystery fish wrapped in sadness, you’re in luck! I took one bite and started hearing the Titanic theme song in my head. 🎻🐟💀

The Noodles:
Ordered Pad Thai. Received something that looked like spaghetti having an identity crisis. 🍝😭
Flavor? Somewhere between cardboard and regret.

The Service:
Waited so long I started Googling “how to meditate while hungry.” 🧘‍♂️⌛
Our server had the enthusiasm of a houseplant on life support. 🌿⚰️

The Decor:
Trendy Asian fusion... if “fusion” means IKEA clearance aisle meets forgotten karaoke bar. 🎤🪑
Ambiance was perfect for a hostage negotiation. 🙃🔦

Final Touch:
They forgot my drink. Twice. So I just drank my own tears. 🥲🍹

Final Thoughts:
If you’re into overpriced confusion with a side of disillusionment, Cilantro is your spot.
I came in hungry. I left emotionally unstable.
