for a place that requires automatic gratuity, the service here is absolutely awful. the girl was huffing and puffing while taking my order and all the do is take my order and drop it with the worst RBF. yall should take out the automatic gratuity so they can actually provide better service to earn the tip

Excellent and quick service! The food is so good and everything was super fresh! We got breakfast here every day during our stay! Coffee and drinks are also delicious!

I was ordering sandwich for pick up, they told me that food will take 20 mins to get done, then I came inside and was waiting for 30 mins more, all the personal was high and they could not figure out where is my sandwich. Horrible service(

If i could give zero I would. Usually I dont give reviews when they bad but the person who was handling the service had the worst face I even seen, she was so so so rude even to their cowokers. i ordered a Acai Bowl for me and my baby and the blueberries all of them had the stem still hurt my gums, which I was lucky because if I gice that to my baby will be worst. I went in to say something and their response was not even sorry. They just ignored me.

Please dont come here, its an insult.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but this place deserves a special mention. My 6 yr old son and I decided to go in for breakfast while our car charges. We had a good solid 20 minutes so not in a huge rush. We walked in this morning and there were 2 clients ahead of us. Then it was our turn. The young lady with bright red hair was I assumed cleaning so we waited, of course she did not say a word not even I’ll be right with you. No biggie. Waited some more. After a minute or so she heads to the back. Waited and waited. After 2-3 minutes I realized she's not coming back. I don't want to jump to conclusions, maybe she had an emergency, needed to use the restroom but no one came to the front to let me know this. I've been in the hospitality industry for well over 10 years, I'm from here and I'm familiar with South Florida's third-world mentality but businesses are going to have to do better especially since you all expect tips for takeout service. Make it make sense or we the people will keep our cents. Have the day you deserve🙄

Grossly overpriced ($8 for a small latte maybe half the size of Starbuck's small) and terrible customer service. No hello's or thank you's. I stood at the counter waiting for my latte, staring at three women behind the counter who were on their phones. One finally looked up, saw me and told the other to make my drink. Good grief, I would never allow this in my business.

Really confused how you think one tiny side of syrup is enough for those big pancakes ok uber eats orders. In addition, when i request an extra side they forget to add it. It really ruins the experience. I order every Sunday, please do a better job on completing your uber eats orders

Just passing by and decided to stop for coffee and sweets. This place is nice and clean. Their menu got a bit of everything from sandwiches, salads, hot and cold coffee, teas, smoothies and even breakfast, which they sell all day. The food we ordered came out very tasty and fresh. Staff is friendly. Prices are a bit high though.
