Ordered at 5:28. Got text at 5:38 “on the way.” Second text at 5:45 “in the neighborhood.” I went to the lobby of the hotel so the delivery person wouldn’t have to wait. FINALLY at 6:22 it arrived. NOT hot and gooey. I was told the delivery person had car trouble. SO WHY WASN’T I CONTACTED AND TOLD THAT???? Double charged our card, never delivered the food, and now say that we need to drive up to their store on our time to show them they double charged our card to get our money back. No apology for never delivering. 🤣🤣 complete trash business. Ordering delivery now turns into running errands and fighting for stolen money. POS business @dominoes
