The service staff at the pizzeria do not speak English. They are rude and mark the order as picked up when it is not ready yet.

That guy who answered the phone today should be fired ! Bad customer service keeps on hanging up the phone ignoring my question. Those kind of people should work in the kitchen or Mopping the floor
Rolando has to be the most offensive and disrespectful person I have ever encountered in my life. Not even exaggerating!!! I was having difficulties placing my order online due to some technical issues per the error message that it was given me so I called the store and Rolando picks up. I explained to him the situation and ask if I can place the order over the phone. he advised that he was unable to do so that I would have to place the order online and then again repeated that I was unable to due to some technical issue that the website was giving me. He says that they were really busy and that he did not have time to take my call And hung up. I call again. He picks up doesn’t even introduce himself before he puts me on hold. I go to the store While still on holdto see if there was a manager I can speak to and Rolando out of coincidence states that he is the manager and that his boss is on vacation until further notice from what he advised. When I arrived, both phones were off the hook. I then tell him that I was the person he hung up on regarding the technical issue on the website and he proceeds to get very aggressive and And very condescending. Of course me being a human, I began to react and give him the same energy. He was giving me to where it came to a point where we were having a screaming match back-and-forth. He then proceeds to call me a dumbass in Spanish and also proceeds to talk to me like I am some child. The lack of accountability And the amount of disrespect that he dished out Completely was unnecessary. If he was unhappy with his job, there’s no need to take it out on the customers, especially when the issues Are something beyond my control. The fact that he did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, however continued to escalate the situation. I’m surprised he still has his job and if he is in fact a Manager. He definitely does not deserve that Title. Mind you all of this is happening while my call is still on hold. There is another person there pretty much doing most of the work as well as four people in line not including myself and in no way shape or form he was doing anything to at least acknowledge that they were there. I’m not sure what’s going on with that store However, I definitely think he needs more than a Coaching or additional training if you ask me, he should be fired. The fact that this is my neighborhood pizzeria and I have to deal with this type of situation let alone with someone that has absolutely no customer service and Completely and utterly incompetent truly has me flabbergasted. I will be contacting corporate and escalate this to the highest of the highest Because as a paying customer, I should not have to deal with this type of behavior. Rolando count your days at Domino’s. I’m sure after I’m done with corporate you’ll be on indeed looking for another job.

Don't waste your time.
I ordered two pizzas from Domino’s, and about 25 minutes after my wife and I ate, we both became sick to our stomachs. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it will be the last time we order from Domino’s.

Took them two hours to deliver a pizza. When I called, they put me on hold indefinitely and no one would answer. So I called back and they did the same thing. This is horrible customer service. Management needs to hire somebody who deals with the phone calls so customers aren’t put on hold for Long periods of time.

I placed an order with Domino’s Pizza delivery for the first time and was extremely surprised by one very important detail — the pizza box arrived without any tamper-evident seals. This is the first time I have ever seen something like that in a delivery order. Because of this, I did not feel safe eating the pizza and had to throw it away.
I also reached out to customer support with this concern, but unfortunately, I never received any response to my message. This experience left me very disappointed, and I expected a much higher level of quality and care from a company like Domino’s.

I came in to place my order and a young black guy really help me out with my order and when I came back to pick up my 6 pizzas the order was ready and when I got back to the job, my coworker went crazy they asked where did I you get the pizza from I told them domino in Hallandale where Robert is the manager a really great guy who match the price I had from papa John I will go back there anytime I need pizza thanks guys you ROCK Ms Raines
