They do not open at 4:00 am

It is better to go to the counter here than use the kiosk. Food tends to be missing from your order when you use the 6 somce it doesn't give you a receipt it is an uphill battle to get your items. Be advised.

Today 02/22/2025 at around 1something in the afternoon I went to this establishment Iordered half a dozen which is only 6 donuts and was charged $20. For half a dozen when for a dozen is around $14. Mind you I went through the drive thru window.... The math ain't mathing.... Now I see why they didn't give me a receipt..... I'll let the universe handle this one...

The place is very clean, the service is on time, the girls are super attentive. I agree with everything, the excellent team looks very unified, keep it up

I was denied a hot refill in my Dunkin mug. I save .40 cent every visit using my Dunkin mug. This location definitely needs retraining. I will be calling corporate and notifying them of the issues at this location

The worst place ever.Change you team !!!!

The staff is alright, but they always mess up my order every single time. There’s one lady in particular who constantly has an attitude and seems to get my order wrong on purpose. If you don’t like your job, either find another one or work on fixing that attached

they say that good trips will not equal a good review, and bad trips certainly equals a bad review. Order two frozen caramel coffees and they came back tasting like milk. I returned to the drive-through and asked for them to be redone properly. When they had us wait around the corner, we received two vanilla bean, frozen coffees. They are two young ladies, although nice did not rectify the problem and I was met with disbelief. The young lady even asked me if I wanted the coffee to be remade. It’s obvious if the order is incorrect it needs to be remade, however, I left things as they were and this review was born. Time was around 2:45 sat 12/28/24 To the young black lady, you know who you are all I can say is do better. As seen in these images, this is not a caramel drink,(full of milk or not enough coffee)

I ordered from my app. When I got home there was nothing that I ordered. I had ordered a half a dozen donuts but when I got home it was none of the dounuts I had ordered. When I went inside to pick up, they did not even ask if I would like a refund or something different. They just gave me whatever. This is not the first time they have done this. This location is always out of everthing. I will no longer use this location.

This Burger King is falling apart. The speaker stand is broken and it is actually standing on three ground held up with construction tape. The first window where you would usually pay is broken. There is a horrible hand made sign directing you to the next window. The pain is chipped. Like how is this still standing I don’t know. I won’t dare to go inside so this is based on the outside look which is not appealing at all. The guy at the window was courteous and the food was your standard BK.

Everytime you visit this place its always out of simple things. Also, some of the employees dont change their gloves or put any on.I feel new management is needed.

Rahat is top tier! He was so nice and patient with my long complicated order and didn't rush me or make me feel bad! What a great employee and representative of Dunkin. It's not often these days to get phenomenal service so I was over appreciative of his efforts!

It is only almost 10pm and this Dunkin says it doesn’t close until 11pm and they already closed down for the day. Myself, and 4 other cars behind me were trying to order. This is not the first time they did this, they have been doing this off and on for a while now. So unprofessional and not good management.
