I've come here several times to buy a Boston Cream Donut, and they never, never, never have any. Terrible.

I ordered online a dozen of donuts, I took my time to select that one my kids likes, for the second time they gave me the wrong ones, if they don’t have what I order online they should let costumer know to pick what they whatever they have instead they choosing what they want.

Thanks for putting regular milk in my coffee when I’m lactose and said almond milk twice. The girl was so eager to tell me they couldn’t do a vanilla latte she wasn’t paying attention to when I said almond milk twice. I’m lactose and now I’m gonna be sick and waste half my drink. Also the sliders I ordered were ice cold in the middle. I was the only person in line mind you, so there’s really no excuse. Thanks for nothing!

I’m going to be honest, this Dunkin will always have its good and its bad days. As for right now it’s on its bad days, these days the espresso machine is constantly breaking down, and it sucks when your in a rush and instead of them telling us (the customer) that it’ll be a little minute, they argue amongst themselves about getting the coffee for the drive through out first in Spanish not realizing there are customers who can understand Spanish and hear what they’re saying, and even if you place a mobile order ahead they barely acknowledge you, half of the time your standing there waiting more time to get a order that you already placed ahead of time. And recently in the drive through I’ve seen that they send this one girl outside to take orders on the tablet in the summer heat I once asked her what time she came outside and she said as soon as she arrived and it looked like she was outside for a long time. Shes super sweet and kind but also looks like she’s in a rush to take orders through the tablet, I know this Dunkin can do better than what happening now.

3rd visit here. Small hot black coffee with one pecan swirl and one cream made with perfectly every time. Staff is very friendly and professional. No water down coffee at this location. Coffee you want coffee is what you’re going to get 💯

Sandwich was exactly the way I asked for, so the food was great. The sad part is that the atmosphere and the time it took to take the order left a lot to be desired. It sounded like there was more staff partying or having a very loud meeting in the back than the two servers hustling the drive-through line outside, leaving the front counter unattended.
