Every dish here is on the mark and cooked with great attention to detail. Compliments to the chef and the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. I lived in Peru for many years, and the food here is the most authentic I have found in the US. The variety of freshly prepared dishes is noteworthy but does not detract from the quality of the. Everything we have tried has been delicious.

Eltayta Peruvian Restaurant never disappoints! My husband and I had the Fried Snapper (whole), and it was absolutely outstanding — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The white rice, sweet plantains, crisp salad, and tostones were the perfect complement, each bursting with authentic flavor.

We also enjoyed the homemade lemonade and their special sangria deal two for $17 and it was refreshing, vibrant, and full of just the right balance...
