Firehouse is awesome but.. I find it very disturbing when a male employer is KISSING the female employer WHILE she's LITERALLY MAKING MY SANDWICH ?... what in the world was that? This is exactly why managers don't allow dating in the work field! It was so unprofessional. I mean date all you want. But can you at least wait until your shift ends instead of seasoning my sandwich with your saliva?!?!? I had to throw my sandwich away, because they were literally kissing over my food before she could even wrap it, the man couldn't control himself and she didn't even push him away knowing there were customers inside... imagine when there are no customers, disgusting and unprofessional.

I took two stars for poor management and habitual abuse of staff and customers. Not my first poor order experience first with management of their door dash order and taking nearly 2 hours to cancel. To being shortsighted enough to be understaffed during a promotion. Likely my last time ordering from this location.
Never ordering again. They always mess up my orders. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I was charged for extra cheese, green peppers and black olives. I got no cheese at all, very few green peppers and no black olives. Didn't get a pickle either. I tried to call to complain but they don't answer the phone! I definitely won't order with them ever again. Horrible!!

Not only did the 2 customers behind me get there sub before me, I ask what is taking so long? The receipt paper was empty so I got skipped because I was forgotten about. Once I did receive my sub, it was a small, I ordered a large. It had only lettuce and mayo. I asked for fully involved, hook and ladder got something with turkey instead. Also it was NOT steamed. Not what i expected from Firehouse. The sub was still good but wrong size, not what I ordered and it took over 25 minutes. Not a happy customer.

Some of the best subs in the area. Clean location. Only issue is the parking lot: there's room for only 10 or so vehicles.Revision: 04/05/2021:Reason why I changed from 4 to 2 stars is because I came to this location after over a year: service was BAD. Only 2 employees, lady on cashier taking orders didn't even ask any of the sub options.Lady making subs took all the time in the world -while several customers were waiting-. She got my sub wrong. These are not $5.00 subs.I understand that with the pandemic businesses are struggling and have less hands on deck, but , c'mon...Revision 07/06/2023:Decided to give this shop another try. Apparently they switched owners and/or crew. Great service, very friendly crew, delicious subs as usual@ Firehouse locations. Pretty much back to the way it used to be. I'm glad I gave it another chance.
