Messed up our order in multiple ways on a call in order. I usually give grace. However, I called 5 different times to get a refund for the food that wasn’t provided that I paid for, but couldn’t get a live person on the phone. If you are going to charge 2-3 more than the other burger places, than be better than them.

First of all there’s mosquitos everywhere and the tables are dirty always and the food came the cheese cold like not melted and I politely asked to melt it for me and she started getting mad and not hearing to what I was saying so she started raising her voice and the people around me looked at me like I mf I was okay because the level of disrespect and the fact like she didn’t even want to be there and thinks she can talk to customers like that slurign is crazy please do something about this because am never coming back again nor the people who where there eating.Witnessing what happened

No one answers the phone. Waited for a to go order for over an hour and nothing.

had a disappointing experience at this location. The employee with blue hair seemed uninterested in providing good service. They were unhelpful when I asked questions about my order, seemed annoyed when I needed assistance, and the overall attitude felt dismissive. While I understand busy shifts can be stressful, this level of service left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this to improve the customer experience going forward.

I was there on dec 3 2024 around 12:30 for a quick lunch and it was impossible to stay inside, there was so much smoke (I wanted to eat hamburger, not smell like one). I bought the food and ok, let's eat outside... but the outside tables and chairs were really dirty, with lots of bird poop. Impossible to eat inside and outside. Since I had to take the food and find another place to eat, I was asking for napkins, since you don't get them yourself. People working at the store were just providing very few napkins... really bad service, tipping there was a waste.

I arrived at 10:10pm and they told me it was closed, they did not want to assist me, do not go to that place, terrible attention.
