Kristin was one of the friendliest servers we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a big smile and such a positive attitude. She made us feel like we were dining with a friend, not just a customer. She checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her kindness and warmth truly stood out and made our whole experience so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

My recent dining experience was appalling and unacceptable. I witnessed multiple serious violations of basic food safety and customer service standards. First, a waitress openly ate French fries directly from a customer's plate. Second, kitchen and wait staff were handling food without hair nets, posing a significant hygiene risk. Third, the front-of-house and kitchen staff engaged in loud, unprofessional arguments in front of patrons, revealing a chaotic and poorly managed environment. Additionally, I waited ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence to take my order. The overall disorganization and lack of hygiene were so alarming that I chose to leave without eating. This establishment urgently requires an FDA inspection. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid it."

Worst experience at any IHop ever. After 15 years coming here, I am never coming back because of the waitress Kaitlyn. Not only does she have an attitude problem but she does not accommodate special request. I am handicap and I always sit at a specific seat. When I arrived, the table was dirty so I asked the host if I can wait for the seat. She said yes. Kaitlyn then pulls her to the back and asks what I am waiting for. The host explains. Kaitlyn then goes into a rant about how she’s alone and she’s not going to let me sit there. Kaitlyn then approaches me and asks if I am waiting for food. I said no. Kaitlyn then points, doesn’t take me to a seat but points to another seat. I then mentioned that I heard the side conversation with the host and how come I can’t sit at the other spot when I requested it and was waiting for it. Her response floored me: “because I am not waiting that area so you have to come sit here”. Mind you the area was only 5 extra feet from her area. I was going to leave but I wanted to give her time to redeem herself so I stayed and ordered. Half my food was extremely late, she only refilled my drink once, talked the entire time in the back about how she’s not suppose to work a full shift today only a half shift, and every time someone came in, she would point to where to go instead of helping them. One time she just passed the menu to a patron and pointed where they should sit. This person is just plain terrible and reeks of entitlement.

They never answer the phone when you trying to Place a order.. uggggh

The bathrooms are not taken care of. Came in and the manager was talking to an applicant. No one was there at the stand to seat us. She didn't let
the applicant know that she would be back in a minute, she just continued on with the applicant. Four minutes later someone came to seat us and it wasn't even busy. Won't be going back even though the food was good.

They took my order after 20 minutes, very bad service

Worst IHop I’ve ever been to, took too long to get food. Didn’t get my pancakes until I left. The cashier at the time ignored me and only took her customers. Bad bad bad service!😬

On the way back from a cruise, we stopped at this location for breakfast. There were 6 of us. It was early, around 9ish. There were just a few tables with diners when we got there, and we were seated without any wait time. My family was seated in a section of the restaurant that had no other diners. We were given menus by the person who seated us. We looked at the menu and waited, and waited, and waited for someone to come over to, at the very least, take our drink order. Coffee would have been awesome as it was early morning. Yet, no one came over to our table or even looked at our direction.
Finally, after about 10 minutes, I walked over to the counter and had to get someone's attention. One waitress looked up, and I asked if we could get a server. She answered, "Yes, that would be me." I said we just need coffee while we wait. I walked back to our table to wait. Another 5 minutes went by, and still no one! We got up and walked out! Not a single person working there said anything to us! This IHOP lost the income from 6 customers, and we have healthy appetites, and we tip very well!
If it was busy, we would have understood, but even the busiest of restaurants would have, at the very least, come over, offer something to drink. Bad service and the server with an attitude!

10 min to get sit. Waitress passed 3 times through our table never took our order, after 20 min we left without being served. Thanks goodness dennys was in front.
