Long wait every time I come. I have too ask someone for service when it should be the other way around. They move at their own pace

I waited 30 minutes only to be told that they needed their booths for other people. People walked out as fast as they walked in. Forty-five minutes in two large groups came in so they worked on setting up tables for them. Half of the place was empty. They were clearly understaffed. Did I mention I’ve only been a customer here since my children were infants who are now both grown adults. In the end the two large parties were seated before me and I was seated at the 50 minute mark. In all the large party only waited 10 minutes.

My friends and I’s go to spot at any time of the day, foods great, service is excellent the staff are so friendly, and the manager Rina is one of the kindest people ever.

I’m giving 5 stars just for Kay who took care of me, and she knows really how to do her job and speak to tourists people, and she is the only one who made me comfortable in IHOP Miami.

No server showed up for 30 mins after seating and being told server is coming.

Homeless sleeping in the doorway on entry. Service was also very slow and food was cold on arrival. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend l.

I visited on Christmas morning for breakfast, Our server Janelle , was amazing she was friendly and welcoming, very attentive without hovering she was very fast pace based on that the kitchen was slow slow with running out food she made our visit a delight for the wait.Cant wait to visit for Janelle great service again 5 stars!

I had an amazing experience at this IHOP today. The food was absolutely on point. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfect, with no issues at all.

The entire staff was wonderful, but Janiel truly stood out. She was welcoming, very personable, attentive, and exceptional at what she does. Her service made the whole experience even better and honestly turned a good meal into a great one.

Thank you to the whole team, and a special thank you to Janiel, for such a great visit. I will definitely be back.

I had a really great experience at this IHOP. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Shoutout to Janiel for the amazing service. She was super friendly, attentive, and got my order exactly right. When they were out of an item I originally wanted, she was very accommodating and helped me find a great alternative without any issues.

The food was cooked well and came out just how I asked, so props to the kitchen too. Overall, great service, great food, and a really pleasant visit. I will definitely be back.
