My coworkers and I decided on Italian for dinner and chose to come to Il Gusto.

Ate there this evening food was fantastic and manager a true gentleman and knows how to treat his customers. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I'm normally not a complainer! Actually I'm really not a complainer! So not happy with the service and food. We waited a while for service. Ok, that's fine. We finally placed our order. The spaghetti was out of a box, the alfredo had an after taste that made you not want to eat it, the steak had no seasoning, the past fazoul had no beans ( which they told us) but had no flavor, the chicken parm was chewy and again boxed spaghetti, the chicken Ceasar was watered down chicken. We waited over an hour and we're told it was being made fresh! Charged for bread, that's fine, never got salads or anything with our meal. So sadly disappointed! The bill was outrageous! Leason learned!

Stopped in for a quick bite on a no big deal Tuesday night and was treated to a great meal! Staff was attentive and food was wonderful!

The meals were good but the service was horrible. We waited about 60 minutes for the bill while the waitress was texting. We asked in that time about 4 times for it. When we said, that we have to leave in 10 minutes her boss said he would call the police. I would never go back there and recomend everyone to avoid that place!

My friends that had spaghetti and lasagna loved it. Those of us who got the shrimp scampi were disappointed but the manager let us switch to something else. Customer service is a priority here. Good portions. Gratuity was 20%.

The restaurant is first-rate and broad, the meals was enchanting and the prices were very inexpensive. quickly, efficient service and very attentive waiters. Highly recommended.

I would give the restaurant NO stars if I could but to write a review I have to give at least one star! We were just there tonight we arrived at 6:40pm and left almost at 9:45pm not because we were having a great time but because we waited for food and beverages so long! We sent back most of our food and even the water - mussels were still closed meaning not cooked enough and my lobster ravioli was not cooked. I replaced my ravioli with a plain dish of spaghetti and sauce but was still charged for the ravioli! Instead of sangria we got a pitcher of red wine with lots of ice no fruit! When the manager showed up we nicely and politely explained our poor experience not requesting a discount just sharing our opinions. When we got the check they charged $35 for a sangria, my ravioli I didn’t have and mussels we sent back! They charge for the bread on the table and include 20% gratuity! When we called the manager back he actually got upset for complaining about our check! Terrible service! Terrible experience! We will never go back!

Went for a cappuccino. They asked if we wanted regular or sparkling water, we asked for regular. Charged us $16 for water. Apparently their regular water is some Smart Water and they poured 2 bottles at $8 a bottle. I literally paid $17 for a cappuccino and some water. The worst!

Best Italian restaurant My family and I have ever been to. Tony the owner is an extremely nice guy. Food is really good. We’ll definitely be visiting again in the future.

Excellent food, polite and impeccable service, and elegant, yet comfortable, ambiance.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. My vegetarian risotto was dry and only had chunks of zucchini. My daughter's Chicken Milanese was unsavory and greasy as was the side of zucchini. My grandson's French fries weren't cooked enough and were bland. We were charged for the bread which was not even good!
