Today I went to buy a combo, the dark-haired lady with a tattoo on her neck tells me in English to continue at the next window, but I am deaf in one ear and I couldn't hear her well, so she says, I should learn to speak English, she tells me, I told her that I'm sorry that I'm deaf in one ear. I felt discriminated against because with my hearing situation, she began to tell her coworkers that why doesn't one learn to speak English. The place is beautiful, it hurts the attention and even more so from the lady who helped me take it in the car. He didn't give me a ticket at the end of the purchase šŸ˜ž

Came in to order some food and use the bathroom. Workers are all hanging out in the managers office. They come out, all wearing earpods. I inform them the bathroom has no toilet paper in it, she promptly brings me a massive roll and says just put it up somewhere in there. I come back and order my food, but the girl has to keep making me repeat my order because she's listening to music and can't hear. While waiting for food I look around the restaurant, and the place is empty, but there is garbage and food over all the tables. Despite having so many people they can't even clean the place properly. Workers are walking around with their phones in their hands. Never coming to this location again.

I ordered $25 worth of food through Uber delivery app . I was advised by the person working there at the KFC that the food I ordered online was unavailable so I asked her can she please cancel my order, she said that she cannot cancel my order that I would have to do it on my end when I did that I was charged for the whole $25 order and was never given any food or credit through Uber . I tried to resolve it with Uber, but they told me that unfortunately the merchant is who’s holding my $25 and there’s no way I can get my money back , when I go up to the KFC to resolve this , I spoke with the manager and she basically said there was nothing that she can do , so both UBER and KFC robbed me for $25 , don’t ever go to this ghetto ratchet place

Given wrong order. When asked to correct it the person in drive through was annoyed. She returned eventually with correct meal items. After checking the bag I realized there was no receipt of transaction. Another woman returned to the window wearing a blue lace scarf and said Damn !! She closed the window, returned with requested receipt, no apologies, not even a have a nice day, enjoy your meal , nothing !! Won't be returning to this location. I prefer not to consume food prepared by such unkind employees.

Didnt receive service because this guy wouldn’t up grade my order and a breast for an additional dollar and some change. Tell me I was not able to do so even though I have been so plenty of times prior to today. So when I went inside to have a conversation with him and ask him for him’s name, he said it was on a receipt that they never gave me turned it back and when I tried to get us, he just ignored me and continuing making food as if he was busy at that time there was only two cars in drive-through

Hadn’t stop by here at this KFC for a while. Today I did to enjoy advertised ā€œNEW 3PC TENDERS AND FRIES $5ā€ meal on the street sign.

I’m glad I did. I was very warmly welcomed by front desk Steve with a big smile and ā€œHow may I help you sirā€! I ordered the sign special and he made sure what he served me was warm and neatly placed on my dining tray as I was eating in. Ambiance indoors was good, clean & fresh.

Great service, good food, and pleasantry is what makes repeat customers. I’ll be back and especially to get that warm welcome, smile from Steve. Bless.

Went through the drive through and ordered 6 piece bucket. 1/2 original, 1/2 extra crispy. I also ordered the cherry bites. My order was all original chicken, had 3 drumsticks, 3 thighs; no wings or breasts, no condiments, no cherry bites, no printed receipt. It's all good. Just not going back there.

I had ordered 2 5 pieces tenders meal. And OMG. The tenders were over cooked and hard the biscuits were burnt and for some reason salty so was the fries. I couldn't even eat my food. I wasted my money. Never again I Door Dash my order if I order from kfc again I'll make sure it's not from this location.

It is just terrible. I should have taken a picture of the food it was so awful. The crew should be more worried about the job than having a party. Its not rocket science over here. 10-piece nugget combo, which was really about 4 pieces and some crumbs, no biscuit. No receipt. No wonder there was no wait in the drive thru. Sometimes you wonder why someone works at a drive-thru, and sometimes its obvious.
