I’ve been to plenty of KFC locations and never once had an issue ordering gravy as a dipping sauce for the chicken tenders. It’s kind of a given — crispy chicken, warm gravy, happy customer. Simple, right?
Well, not at this particular KFC. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I asked for a side of truffle oil when I requested gravy for dipping. “You have to pay for that,” he said, as if I’d just requested to speak to the Colonel himself. News flash: I wasn’t trying to cater a wedding, I just wanted a little cup of gravy — the same way every other location has happily provided it.
I get that policies might vary, but the lack of consistency is irritating. Either gravy is a dipping sauce… or it’s not. Don’t make me feel like I’m trying to scam the system over a 2-ounce cup of brown liquid. It’s gravy, not gold.
That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the food itself was actually really good. Everything was fresh, hot, and the tenders were nice and crispy. No complaints there. Just wish the service matched the quality of the food.

Its quiet, good place to sit and chat. Soda machine was not working in lobby and floor is a bit slippery to try to walk on. Food a little dry or old tasting.

🍗 Food was Fresh. Service was good. A very nice 💁🏽♀️ Latin woman gave us our food. She was polite & patient while taking the order. Went to the drive-thru. Early in the morning. Perhaps that made a difference. Overall good Experience.

Went 12:30 they closed at 1AM worker stated that she is the only one working and she close. When I went up to the window she slam the window in my face.very rude

I ordered three 5pc tender meals with fries and Mac and cheese, had to come back because they gave me three 3pc meals instead of 5pc. When I asked the cashier if I was charged for a 3 pc by accident she said no, that I had been charged for a 5 pc meal. So I waited for the rest of my tenders and went on my way only to find that one of the boxes had no fries… At this point I didn’t bother to go back a second time. To the employees, I understand that working in fast food can be stressful at times but take your time when needed!

Very poor customer service on April 24th at 6:30 pm, the sales assistants confused the orders
Today I went to buy a combo, the dark-haired lady with a tattoo on her neck tells me in English to continue at the next window, but I am deaf in one ear and I couldn't hear her well, so she says, I should learn to speak English, she tells me, I told her that I'm sorry that I'm deaf in one ear. I felt discriminated against because with my hearing situation, she began to tell her coworkers that why doesn't one learn to speak English. The place is beautiful, it hurts the attention and even more so from the lady who helped me take it in the car. He didn't give me a ticket at the end of the purchase 😞
