Such a distasteful experience. An inefficient ordering system that leaves clients waiting 30+ minutes to just pick up a dozen bagels. Owner & staff are rude & unwelcoming, such an unpleasant environment.

Listen. The food here is DELICIOUS. But the staff, ruins it all. Not so expensive for a basic breakfast. But, no options for different milk choices for coffee (which a normal restaurant/bakery would have). Also, you order one thing and another comes sometimes, but it’s okay cause it’s still delicious. The staff is absolutely horrible. You’ll ask for avocado and ask if it’s an up charge and they say no, and then a $3 charge comes up on the bill afterwards. I ordered an iced coffee and it was practically milk with a splash of coffee. I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with jalapeño cream cheese and it was a non toasted bagel with regular cream cheese. I ordered a side salad and home fries, neither came. Asked about 4 times and our meal was already finished. On our way out the server said she’ll get it for us to go, which at that point was too late. Such a shame. Really a shame. I used to love this restaurant. Major chilul Hashem as well, when non Jews come in and decide to dine and they ALSO had major issues and just left.

The only reason I’m not giving 1 out of 5 stars, is the food quality. Good bagels.
Besides that, the experience was unsatisfactory. The owner has claimed in replies to other reviews, that they’re implementing a new training program for the staff to be more friendly and personable.
Frankly, I don’t even care if they’re friendly… I just prefer that they don’t seem annoyed that I decided to come in and order a bagel. Which is what happened this morning.
So yes, the customer service is pretty bad, if the staff seems annoyed when you politely order food.
That can be changed.
As for the prices, I understand that my review probably won’t do anything to change things, besides warn new customers, but it’s like $6 per bagel. I laughed out loud when they read me the price, it costed me $17 for 2 bagels and a Soda.
I love it

Not a full service deli. You order at the counter, and they bring it to your table. It's Kosher, therefore more expensive than a regular one. I guess if you keep Kosher, you don't have too many other options. Not my favorite.

Incredible bagels and I loved hearing Israeli pop.
The schmear wasn't too airy nor thick and the bagels were a great balance of crisp and chewy. I got the Salt Bagel and was very happy they didn't over salt it (a problem I've had with a number of other bakeries). My wife go the Nova bagel and really enjoyed it.
Highly reccommend this place to bagel lovers.
Kid-friendliness: They were happy to provide our toddler son with a cup of milk and it was nice seeing a few other families there with young children as well.

6.41 for a bagel with cream cheese wow..but you can bye a dozen for 15 dollars? customer service is minimal...large groups ordering at counter slow whole process down...now your selling pizza. Stick to bagels. Stop trying to do to much... create a line just for bagels...and hire a waitress ... or 2 to take table orders...lost me at 6.41 for bagel with cream cheese. Sorry.
I didn't realize at first that they even sold pizza but it was pretty good. The customer service did leave a lot to be desired as I saw in some other reviews. It really is amazing how much just smiling and being friendly can change a customer's entire experience. Please make a better customer service effort. Just start with smiling and saying hello.

The food was mediocre at best, potatos were undercooked and tasteless, the shakshouka tasted like tomato paste and the eggs were over-well done

I have eaten at many local spots and this one is at the top of my list. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy both inside and out. Once you walk in, the employees immediately greet you and with a smile, which is rare these days. Once you order your food, it is provided in a timely fashion and one can sit inside or the outside patio. Both provide a pleasant eating experience. The food is delicious and well prepared. I highly recommend Kosher Bagel Cove for locals and tourists who want to enjoy their meal.
