customer service could be better... failed my request of extra sauce and then charged me for extra sauce... toppings was scarce.

There is a law, if you're a public restaurant and a customer is buying food from your establishment, you're suppose to have a bathroom for them to access. I was told they don't have a bathroom for customers, while I was waiting on my food to get ready. I had to go down the street to burger King to use the bathroom and the bathroom at Marcos is right there in the waiting area. I felt discriminated against . Poor customer service !

The bad service from these people is incredible. My family always bought takeout. But this time we decided to go and share with some friends. We were 14 people. We ordered chicken wings, pizzas and several other things. They were rude to us, they didn't want to provide extra plates or napkins even though seeing how many people we were. Apart from that, they treated us very badly, they yelled at us in the middle of the hallway because our children were playing. They are children and there was no one else in the restaurant. We asked for ice and with a bad attitude “there is no ice here, don't ask for that”… in short, terrible experience. The food is excellent compared to their terrible service.

Worst service I ever seen in my life rood manager

We just got this pizza delivered and it's a mess! Looks disgusting! We called the store and they didn't care. Yuck! AND IT IS ICE COLD!

I have visited here several times recently, and other than receiving the wrong pizza, the food has been on point. The takeaway is that the basic customer service level is lacking.

Terrible customer service. Their website provides curbside pick up option. I’m 32 weeks pregnant with a one year old. And called to ask how the curbside pick up worked. They said even though their website said that they don’t offer it. So I explained my situation and she’s like well it’s a quick grab and go once it’s ready: clearly someone that doesn’t have children because it’s not a quick grab and go when you have to take them out of the car seat carry them with all the weight I have on me 32 weeks pregnant then carey my order on top of the baby and try to put it in the car and put him back in the car seat. Just terrible. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore, people don’t go out of their way to help. Just sad.
