Ordered pick up from here and it was great! Food was hot and delicious with generous portions. The Fettuccine was delicious. Kids got chicken tenders and spaghetti and ate it all. Was a bit tricky to find it but super nice employees and very friendly and fast service. Can recommend!

Fast and great food at outback xpress

I called in my order I came and I picked it up, as I'm going back home as I'm pulling in my parking spot I get a call from outback telling me that they gave me the wrong order. I couldn't believe it so I turned around and as I'm pulling back in the restaurant parking lot I call and say I'm almost there and I'm now informed that I do have the right order after all with just the wrong paperwork on the bag. I mean this is really a joke so I asked the gentleman name Roy why they didn't call me and say I had the right order and save me a trip back and his answer was that they just figured it out. When I got into the store I dealt with the manager named Julie she refunded my money I took the cold old food and she assured me everything was right and all the food was correct that's in the bag. When I got home I noticed that my loaded mashed potatoes were just plain mashed potatoes they didn't give me any of the loaded ingredients such as sour cream bacon onion etc. I called the store and talked to Julie and she said thanks for letting me know.The store definitely has some leadership issues and some training issues, and to be perfectly Frank, if they had given me the wrong order they should have delivered the correct order and not expected me to make a second trip because of their mistake.A DISASTER LOCATION IN EAST HALLANDALE BEACH NOT SURE IF I'LL BE BACK

The food and the customer service was GREAT! My husband and I had the Salmon with the Penne Pomodoro Pasta. It was one of the best Salmon we have ever eaten. We will be back, and ordering it again. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Excellent concept..very smooth operation..would be 5 stars but chicken Bryan and lasagna were way over cooked..we will definitely be back..the rest of our food was perfectly cooked?!!!

This is the first time we are using Outback & Carrabba's Express and the last time. First one the menu there aren't any prices. The first person I spoke to on the phone was nice. I then received a text saying the food will be there between 8:40 and 8:50. So at 9:05 i called. The lady i spoke with was nice as well. She told me they had a 3rd party delivery and said they were supposed to call when they came. I didn't. The young lady said it was dropped off at 830. The only thing they can do is make me a new order. So I had the food waiting outside in the cold. Now waiting for the new food its now 923. More later. 9:40 the kind lady on the phone came with a hot order. She was very sweet. Thank you.
