When in 40 mins before closing and they rushed us out and refused to prepare the chow mien that was requested. As well as I asked for a fork to be placed in my bag and never received it. Has to drive 15 mins to a different location and got everything that was asked for

During my visit, I ordered two plates of food, totaling $16. However, when Maria informed me that my total was $23, I politely pointed out the discrepancy. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, Maria became visibly upset and began muttering derogatory remarks about me in Spanish. Other nearby patrons, who understood her comments, laughed at what she said, which made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable.
I immediately asked to speak with a manager, who adjusted the total to the correct amount. However, to my disappointment, the manager excused Maria’s behavior, rather than holding her accountable for her unprofessional and offensive conduct.
Maria’s actions and remarks were inappropriate and conveyed a clear lack of respect. I believe that her behavior reflected discriminatory attitudes that should not be tolerated by any organization, especially one as widely known as Panda Express

The AC in this place is always ridiculous!! You are always freezing the restaurant and everyone are complaining including the employees!!! Ive personally seen a group of people leave and not order anything because its so cold here.
