Panda Express

I’m writing this review at 9:32pm 2/14. I was at this location trying to get a food, I been there in a line for 18 minutes!!! And when it was my turn I was told that they don’t have chowmein and beigin beef, and I will have to wait for another 7 minutes. Very disappointed with this location, I would advise you not to go there and to go somewhere else.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:20 p.m. and had been driving for quite some time. When I approached the door, it had already closed before the closing time. They kindly requested that I pull up to the drive-thru. However, after going through the drive-thru, no one responded. I had to return to the door and ask again. They repeated their request for me to go through the drive-thru, but after going back and forth multiple times, they still informed me that they were out of food, even though it seemed like they had some.

I haven't been in years but after a nail appointment walked in restaurant to amazing smells. It was a great price for a quick delicious meal.

When in 40 mins before closing and they rushed us out and refused to prepare the chow mien that was requested. As well as I asked for a fork to be placed in my bag and never received it. Has to drive 15 mins to a different location and got everything that was asked for

we came in an hour before the posted closing time, but they didint make the food that were missing on the steam stable. very disappointing

Something is off with this branch’s food not sure what going on there but this is not the panda i know!

During my visit, I ordered two plates of food, totaling $16. However, when Maria informed me that my total was $23, I politely pointed out the discrepancy. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, Maria became visibly upset and began muttering derogatory remarks about me in Spanish. Other nearby patrons, who understood her comments, laughed at what she said, which made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable.
I immediately asked to speak with a manager, who adjusted the total to the correct amount. However, to my disappointment, the manager excused Maria’s behavior, rather than holding her accountable for her unprofessional and offensive conduct.
Maria’s actions and remarks were inappropriate and conveyed a clear lack of respect. I believe that her behavior reflected discriminatory attitudes that should not be tolerated by any organization, especially one as widely known as Panda Express

My experience with food at Panda Express. The staff works quickly and the tables were clean. The reviews complained about the air conditioning. Yes, it is really cold there. The food is normal, I chose my favorite sweet fried chicken with rice?
