Great experience at the Panera Bread in Sunny Isles, thanks to Dustin. It was the day before New Year’s, and despite how busy it was, he was quick to help us with our order and went above and beyond by personally bringing us our food. Shoutout to him

Food ok, employees are not friendly and the bathroom was disgusting…
Bagel Breakfast with Bacon, no cheese, just to find out there was a Eye Lashes Hair on my Scrambled Egg : Discusting. The Bagel was a bit dry and the Lady (older) at the cash was neither smiley, neither courtious. I did not feel welcome at all… I do not recommand this Panera used to be so fun to go there… Time change!!!

Very delicious cuisine, especially salads and sandwiches. A pleasant atmosphere, waiting time on average 5-10 minutes, prices are slightly higher than any fast food, but the quality of food is much better. I like to relax and work there.

the manager screamed at me, my friends, and other teenagers for sitting at a table. She said that “you are taking up my table when you have no food on your table” but the food was gone because we ate it. The food is one of a kind but service is horrible

I will start with what I liked. The coconut macaroon! The sandwich was just ok. The atmosphere was a bit unkempt. There was a patron asking for a rag to wipe her table. 😔
