As a frequent customer who regularly purchases meals and drinks here, I was surprised and deeply disappointed to be told I could not use a stand-up desk after buying a drink—simply because others might "start to do the same." I rely on the desk due to lumbar stenosis, a medical condition that makes any sitting extremely painful. This policy not only lacks compassion but also defies logic; discouraging customers with legitimate needs on the basis of hypothetical behavior is not just short-sighted—it’s profoundly foolish. It's unfortunate that such reasoning is the cause of losing loyal business.

The woman who was on the front cashier afro-american at Panera Hallandale at first barely open the mouth helping us.
After, I give the order effectively she was screaming at me sayng that's the amount I have to pay. Just because I told her, I think she was charging me a little to much and I asked to review the check.
Being a customer for more than 20 years never I never seen this behavior from anyone at Panera. I asked if she can give me a empty cup of coffee shering my coffee with my wife. She said I have to be charged $3
After that I seen a person asking for the same thing, a empty coup of coffee, she don't charge him nothing. Well, it's a shame happening this because this Panera is not enylonger the Panera what was before.

Fantastic! Leonie, Pavlava and Bobbyson wait on me every morning, and it’s such a nice way to start your day. Their art is one of a kind. They have a demeanor of friendliness that you don’t find anywhere anymore. It makes you want to come back. Thanks a a lot.

I hope this email finds you well. I recently visited your location during my lunch break and purchased a Green Goddess Cobb Salad. Unfortunately, while eating, I discovered two long strips of plastic/nylon in my salad.
I immediately called your location to report the issue, expecting a resolution. However, I was disappointed with the response I received from the manager, who was not only unhelpful but also insisted I return to the location for a credit or refund. This response felt dismissive and inconvenient, especially given that I was on a limited lunch break and had already returned to my office.
I value quality and customer service, and this experience has left me feeling dissatisfied. I kindly request a more customer-friendly resolution, such as a refund or credit processed without requiring an additional trip to the restaurant.
