We went to the local Panera, and the staff treated us unkindly. This lady came up to us multiple times and refused to give us our order. We preordered and expected the food to be ready by the time we arrived. She went on to argue with me about my name on the order, even though I know my own name. Later on this gentlemen ended up helping us with our order.

I often go there to meet friends. It is a nice gathering location for Hallandale. It could be updated a little. I always get pastries and coffee for breakfast. CPastries are delicious (I warm them up in the microwave there), but the coffee ☕️ definitely needs to improve. As a dark coffee lover, I can't even drink half the cup.For the price of food in Panera, I prefer going to a restaurant adding 4-5 dollars more.
