Ordered cheese bread pasta and a meatlovers melt add pineapple...waited 15 minutes...cheese bread was burnt...waited another 15 minutes...bread came out about the same...got home and the meatlovers melt was just cheese and pineapple...had to go back to get it fixed...never again to this location...

I had a very upsetting experience at this Pizza Hut location on 07/22/2025 at 8:57 PM with a shift manager named Vasti. I had placed an online order and selected sausage as my topping, but somehow it changed to pepperoni without me noticing until I got to the store. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if I could just buy some sausage on the side to add it myself, something that’s clearly available online for around $2.
Instead of helping, Vasti responded in an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. She acted like I was asking for something outrageous and repeatedly told me she couldn’t help, even though what I was asking for was simple and reasonable. It honestly felt like she was going out of her way to make the situation harder than it needed to be. All she had to do was sell me a drink and add on the sausage, it would’ve taken two minutes.
I left the store feeling completely disrespected and honestly shocked at how someone in a manager role could act this way toward a paying customer. It’s frustrating when you come in calm and willing to fix a simple issue yourself, and the employee makes it feel like you’re a problem instead of a person.
Pizza Hut, please train your staff better, especially those in charge. Customers shouldn’t leave your store feeling humiliated over something this small.

I placed a carryout order for 5:30 PM at this location in Hallandale Florida for one Cheesy Bites Pizza with the NEW! Ranch Lover’s Flight. When I arrived, the employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She picked up a bag of sauces and told me they were out of all the Ranch flavors that were supposed to come with my order. Instead, she put in two cups of marinara sauce, which I did not ask for. When I asked if she could swap the marinara for regular Ranch, she refused and said I would have to pay 89 cents for each one even though my order should have included three Ranch sauces as part of the Ranch Lover’s Flight. As we were discussing this, another customer walked in, and she immediately ignored me to help them instead. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The employee showed no willingness to resolve the issue and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Also the marinara sauce tasted terrible and I had to throw it out.

I have no idea whatever is wrong with this location. They ALWAYS mess up my order one way or another. Doesn't matter how nice or how well one tips. They mess it up every time. I give up. I think it's time to stop shopping Pizza Hut altogether. Wasted too much of my time.

The quality of pizza so low that first time in long time we didn’t finish the whole pizza and didn’t bother to save the left over slices. However the service was good as they put bbq sauce as per request over the phone.
