The quality of pizza so low that first time in long time we didn’t finish the whole pizza and didn’t bother to save the left over slices. However the service was good as they put bbq sauce as per request over the phone.

Why even tip your drivers if the food we always order is not the way we want it. It only comes out the way we want it when we go and pick it up personally and even at that some times we. Have to reorder the food/pizza when we pick it up because it’s not done the way we requested. If I request extra sauce on a pizza I expect extra sauce on a pizza, if I request well done or extra crispy on a pizza that’s what I want. I’m a paying customer. Also I need the pizza extra crispy, well done due to health reason. But you will learn one day Pizza Hut. Your days are numbered. When customers place an order with you is considered a contract between customer and restaurant. You as a restaurant not filling the order as we wanted is considered a breach of contract….. Apparently their new delivery driver does feel safe around people of color. It's ashame we live in a world where being black is crime. The driver took one look and took off. Had to reorder twice just to get my food that ended up being cold.
