I order a Tropical Trio here and the potion sizes were so bad I requested a refund. My pork container was only 25% full, I asked them to correct it, they tried to tell me that was the portion size, which is NOT the case. Also a very rude employee tried to debate with me about yellow rice and the receipt literally said I had yellow rice. The standard in south Florida is so bad! I would NEVER debate with a customer about what they ordered, even if I knew they were wrong.

When you order a large tropi chop and get a small in a large container 🤦🏻 the TALL clear plastic lid doesn’t make sense. I had to order a separate order of rice and lettuce to make it a “large” Please note this doesn’t happen at all pollo trops

Nobody wanted to take the register and.process new orders, when they finally did it it was like they don't wanted to be there, place the order and I got home it was incomplete Im to far to go back, not going back there

The person taking the order was friendly, but the person delivering the order at the drive-through was very rude.
The food tastes good but the fried yuca is cooked with very burnt oil.

One of the busiest but most consistent Pollo's I have visited. The staff clears the line extremely fast. Good quality is always spot on.

They doing really good ! All set up 👌🏽

The chicken was really overcooked and hard. The legs on it half the meat was missing on them. Like shopped off. The boneless grilled chicken breast that I purchased separately were also hard, overcooked, and very small. It looked like they got them from a baby chicken.

If I can put more than 5 stars I would I’m from NYC and had to come down here to get the best food in the hallander area hands down the service Jennifer and Rosalia were the best in service. I will definitely come back they are very pleasant and welcoming love the service will definitely give a +10 love this Place NYC shall return here much love FL
