I had such a great experience at this Starbucks location that I felt compelled to write a longer review. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy. The store was spotless—tables were clean, the floors were tidy, and everything felt organized and inviting.
I ordered my usual drink (a custom oat milk latte with a shot of espresso and light foam), and it was made perfectly. You can tell the baristas here really care about the quality of each drink they make. The balance of flavor and temperature was spot-on—no bitter aftertaste or too-much-ice issue like I’ve had at other locations.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The barista who took my order was patient and upbeat, even though I had a few customizations. Another team member even came around offering to help people find seats or clean up after a busy morning rush. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness in a fast-paced coffee shop.
The ambiance was also perfect—relaxing music, lots of natural light, and plenty of plugs for working on my laptop. It’s clearly a well-managed store that prioritizes both efficiency and atmosphere.
Overall, this Starbucks exceeded my expectations. It’s not just about the coffee—it’s the people, the service, and the care behind every cup. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I order from this Starbucks daily and there has been way too much milk in the coffees the last 5 days or so. Even the machiatos are filled with lots of milk. Can you please better train your current barista. In the meantime I’ll be ordering from a different Starbucks. Sorry to be mean but I pretty much had undrinkable coffees the past 5 days due to the excessive amount of milk being put in. I’ve thrown most of them down the sink.
Nice location. Tight parking lot but I’ve always gotten lucky. Very polite staff.

Unfortunately in this place they slow, and I was waiting for my order regular black coffee for 20 min
That’s incredible
This place is ridiculous. They want you to go back and stand in line to get more water after my water ran out. I am not sure what kind of stupid policy is this.
Terrible!!!!!
Walk away!!!!!!

This Starbucks must be one of the worst coffee places I’ve ever been to. Don’t take me wrong, the coffee is good as always, no problem with the service but the place, especially outside is so dirty and unkept. Funny thing is, it’s also always very busy. Inside is better than the outside. If you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee this would not be my pick.

I come in and there's a really bad odor... The food here is absolute garbage. The drinks mediocre at best. So I ordered a real expensive drink, and I sit down for 5 minutes and here is the 999 lb manager womam with a mean-spirited look on her face, telling me I got to leave. I can't imagine what I did wrong, I was just sitting there enjoying my drink charging my phone, not saying a word to anybody. Moe's bagels is right across the street and their food is way better and they treat you like a human...

They gave me the worst looking wrap that I have ever received at a Starbucks. Clearly they do not care. It was burned and all broken into pieces.

I was humilliated by one of the employees at this location when I asked for the restroom code, she told me in front of a crowd that the restroom was only for the customers, I asked her how she knew whether I was a customer or not, I showed her the Starbucks app in my phone and explained that I usually wash my hands before having coffee or lunch, she turned her back on me to talk to other customers and made me wait, after a few minutes she gave me the code: 4546.
I ordered only coffee(I was not hungry anymore).
I stayed in the store to have my coffee, I did notice that several individuals asked for the restroom code and she didn't tell them it was only for customers. In 24 years or so this is the first time I've felt mistreated at Starbucks, one of the very few places where excellent customer service has always been their main concern.
Loyal to Starbucks not only for MY DAILY COFFE, but also for the great experience. Until today my experience had been 100% positive.
Note: Some retraining in customer service might be helpfull for this branch.
I have noticed that new store managers sometimes lack some skills.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy dirty everywhere and the staff is not friendly at all. This is consistent here. Always dirty.
As you can see people over and over are saying the same thing about how dirty it is and unfriendly staff and it’s the same generic response. Nothing has changed so obviously no one cares. How hard is it to keep a food establishment clean?!

I was kicked out of Starbucks this morning, the reasoning was she’s telling me i’m not a Starbucks customer because I was sitting there outside five minutes or less waiting for my friends to arrive, I have been long time customer for Starbucks. I’m a Starbucks app holder and I’m a Starbucks shareholder and I have been traveling around the world visiting many Starbucks locations including in US Europe Asia and South Africa, and she’s telling me I’m not a Starbucks customer.🤷♂️ that’s how you treat your customers What happened to OPEN DOOR POLICY,,and my loyalty to Starbucks in 2020 I visited the first location of Starbucks Pike Place Market in Seattle,, she’s telling me I’m not a Starbucks Customer,, I should look for my legal rights.
