20 minutes in line and over 45 waiting for our coffee me and my wife along with a full store of people..its extremely slow and unpleasant i have not waited half this long for a machiato. Terrible

Every Starbucks can make Cortado with brown sugar. But this place… I tried a second time after a month wanted to give a try, but it’s the same. They can’t make it

the worst starbucks, the people are sometimes nice and I’m sure they try their best but ultimately- the drinks are always poorly made and/or wrong

I place an order at Starbucks 20 days out of the month on my Starbucks app, the purpose of ordering online is to grab and go because you’re rushing to work, and every time my drink which is sometimes prepared wrong is given to me without a cup sleeve and a straw… then they tell you to get your own sleeve for the cup and straw 30 ft away now this then defeats the purpose of rushing and then sometimes they are out of sleeves for the cup which the customer has access to. I think if the order was done on the app, serve it the proper way, with the sleeves and straw, whether it’s hot or cold, let’s use some common sense with the training. I think if that was practiced, customers would tip more.. and some employees just seem as if they hate their job.. it’s crazy to me, are there cameras in Starbucks for regional managers to review and study the type of customer service that customers receive? You get one or two smiling employees out 6 mostly 1 some times, the others seem as if they hate their job, hate attending to customers. I’m constantly hiring employees, this is just not good. But it’s what we are forced to endure for a $8.25 grande Matcha Frappuccino in 2025 !

I ordered 4 coffees and asked for a carrier which they did not give me while carrying them out a coffee that I had against arm was so hit it burned through the plastic and gave me a blister.

Every visit to Starbucks in Hallandale is a complete disappointment. Even today, on promotion day when they were supposed to give away mugs, I didn’t get one, even though I met all the conditions! When I asked, they told me there were no more mugs left. If you run promotions like this, you should account for the number of guests. After working for so many years, you definitely know how many you need from opening to closing. And your coffee isn’t good!

This Starbucks location in Hallandale Beach is clean welcoming and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick even when it gets busy. The drinks are prepared well and the seating area offers a nice place to relax or get some work done. It is a convenient stop whether you want coffee breakfast or a quick break during the day. Overall a pleasant and reliable place to visit.
