The employee Johana was rude and abrasive basically a similar concept to following the customer in the store or repeatedly harassing them she should be fired. Unfortunately, they were out of Equal. All they had was Stevia. Not even Splenda. The barista offered sugar free vanilla syrup instead. Maybe they ran out because it was late in the day when I got there. But nevertheless, it was a nice experience.

Always dirty! Dirty inside and outside. The bathrooms are disgusting and without paper. Impossible to use them. There are hardly any napkins or sugar. They also don't have the cakes they offer! I suggest improving everything. It is 4.54 pm and they are cleaning the outside windows on the tables where the customers are sitting. Do it at night and take care of the bathrooms. Please.
