Quick food with delicious milkshakes. After placing your order at a screen, you are given a number, which the employees announce. Shoes stuck a little bit when walking because the floor was sticky and not very clean. However, the dinner was tasty.

Food is decent especially for the price BUT the place is disgustingly filthy. The grill, walls, floors, doors, tables, counters, ceilings absolutely disgusting. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in years. And as for customer service, I was screaming excuse me but the girl was too busy listening to her phone. When I finally got her attention her attitude wasn’t very pleasant either.

This past Sunday 1/14/24 had a horrible experience with the manager who refused to give me her name black lady with dreads extremely rude called me the N word I will never go back here again and do not recommend anyone visiting this

Disappointing. Steak ‘n Shake used to be a good experience. Good service, good food, good atmosphere. Now, you order from a kiosk before you sit down. They give you a bar code to scan for your drinks. No bar code, no Coca-Cola for you! Tables were dirty; had to wipe my own table. Thankfully I’ve recently taken to carrying my own wet wiped in my truck because poor cleanliness seams to be the rule nowadays instead of the exception. Overall, the food was as I remembered it, but without any human interaction whatsoever and dirty tables, the entire experience felt more like some futuristic prison movie than a restaurant.
