Employees take a long time to give orders, orders accumulate. There is not enough staff and they don't let you know why they are taking so long. I placed an order to pick up.

I ordered a supreme luxe box and the tortilla in my beefy 5- layer burrito was old and hard and the burrito was cold. I also ordered some nachos and they were old, nothing tasted good, I was surprised because this has never happened to me at taco bell, but it was an unpleasant experience at this Hallandale taco bell

Fast food should be fast every time I come to any fast food around this area sucks, they take the longest making my food this people argue about everything in the kitchen never going back rather starve don’t recommend this place to no body only 1 girl took care of the situation and got me out of there if not I would be there waiting for countless minutes for the staff to stop arguing between them

Horrible service, food was terrible. Cheesy Gordita Crunch was stale. Dipping burritos were disgusting. Service was lazy and rude. Worst Taco Bell with horrible late night staff. I went at 10pm on Presidents’ Day 2025.

I’ve been waiting more than 30minutes to pick up my food and I’m not even able to cancel it and get a refund. They have 3 people messing around, not communicating anything about the waiting time to the customers, ignoring everyone and being rude. How is that this is a fast food and they take more than expected.

By far the worst Taco Bell I ever been to in my life , service is incredible slow, orders are 8/10 wrong or missing something. Don’t waste your time coming here unless the building is closed and you need a place to rest

Laughingstock of a Taco Bell. The lady at drive thru is the most rude person in the world. She asked me to park to the side while they prepare my food. After 5 minutes, she got cars to honk at me so that I have to come get the food instead of an employee delivering it to me.

She had the audacity to make fun of me with the car at the drive thru (saying “I don’t know what the hell he is doing” and laughing at me).

Lady, if you knew an ounce of customer service, you’d realize that we expect our food delivered to our car if you tell us to step aside.

The young woman threw my bag of food towards me. Barely answer my questions. I think it was the person in charge, when the manager is not there. Very ugly attitude. But very friendly when a young man came in ( Co -worker).
