Just, Don’t go!

Never ever go there..

Multiple reasons.

1. Access to bathroom was restricted. I had to wait long time to talk to a person to get access. There was only one girl, she was busy handling drive through and didn't had chance to even consider me.

2. The fountain was turned off, I was given my drinks cup and not attended. Again I have to wait long time for the girl to come to the desk and turn the fountain ON. I have never seen any store that turns off the fountain. I went back to add more ice, the fountain was again turned off. I didnt want to wait longer to ask the girl to turn it ON.

3. Crispy chicken avacado taco was missing in my order. There were only 2 taco, 1 burrito and 1 chalupa in my order. They missed one and when I reported to the girl, she didnt believe me and came to my table to verify and said ok we will get you. No Apologies for missing my order. once ready she didnt had the courtesy to deliver it to table and left it at the desk and called my name.

4. There were no napkins at the counter. not in my bag too. I have to go and ask (again wait for her to reply t0 get me that).

I am never ever going again to this store and nor recommend. Lost my faith on Taco Bell name brand.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location while picking up a delivery order. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front counter to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I was forced to call out to the back, where employees were clearly visible. Instead of offering professional assistance, they responded in a rude and dismissive manner.

Despite making it clear I was there for a delivery pickup, I was met with hostility and unprofessional conduct. One employee in particular, a woman working the food preparation line, was especially rude and refused to provide her name when I asked. The order, which should have been ready or nearly so, took over 20 minutes to be handed over — all while the staff seemed to take their time with no sense of urgency.

As someone who works in the delivery industry, I rely on efficient and respectful service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below acceptable standards. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location and ensures staff are properly trained in professionalism and communication.

I was ordering at the drive through. And they said, hold on a minute and never came back. I waited for twenty minutes and finally left and all the employees were hanging out in the parking lot. Worst experience. Fire the manager.

Didn’t have a positive experience here, they were really unfriendly and missed several items in my order. :/ I went back and they refused to help me even though they got my order wrong and I paid for those items.

If I could give negative stars for this location I would. The Mexican Pizza arrived cold and soggy, as for the Spicy Ranchero Crispy Chicken Taco and Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco, I only received cabbage, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce, but no crispy chicken they actually scammed me. I wouldn't order from this location again.

Made an online order. Went to pick up just to waste time. Had me standing around for an hour just for an order. However, I never received it because the fryer was not working. Go to another fast food joint, better options around there

This location has some very LAZY employees. You're completely ignored if standing at the counter. Food is a complete mess and look very un-appetizing. My son ordered nuggets and they were severely overcooked. Every employee acted like they were bothered with the exception of the shift leader. Shes trying her best but obviously fighting a losing battle with her crew. Management need to have a hard look at this place.

First off a simple hello how are you would be nice . Second you ask me to give you a second before taking my order and then I wait 4 minutes for someone to take my order, then when I get to the window they take my money then ask me to back up . Third I back up wait two more minutes then I drive back up then they say can I go in front and they would bring out my food. Almost 30 minutes for FAST FOOD? Second time in two weeks . Please do something Taco Bell this is unacceptable .

Waited here forever for my food and one of the machines kept blaring its alarm the whole time without anyone shutting it off. It kinda was a miserable experience.
