Unprofessional crew, they don't greet people walking in and even don't bother to ask if people want to place an order or they have a pick up, very long waiting time , poor customer service specially from the cashier.

The service was terrible, I did not even get to order.
I arrived 2pm trying to order. One female answered me through the drive thru speaker and another joined her in a very rude. She exclaimed that I am ruining her timer and I need to go around. I explained that I am about to make a large order and asked for an another moment.
The other female (manager I’m assuming) was quick to react exclaiming that I am again messing up her timer. Rushing me to finish and I eventually left. It is the day after Christmas and it’s ridiculous for people to be so rude and speak to customers that way is worse. I only came here because my nieces and nephews wanted this food…. I didn’t get any names because I was in drive thru but I just wish they weren’t so rude.

Do better with management, speech and overall customer service.

Fast and reliable.
Go Drive thru only after 10pm on weekend. Lots of the strip club crowd are pretty drunk and rowdy there.

The worst service, the people who work there are very rude. My boyfriend and I were visiting Miami and stopped at the drive-thru to order. The woman yelled at us and slammed the door in our faces just because no one was talking and we went to the window to see if anyone was there. They don't treat people well; she was very rude.

The customer service at this location is really bad. Tonight, during the night shift, I stopped by just to use the restroom and the employee spoke to me in a very rude way and told me I couldn’t use the bathroom, without giving any clear explanation or offering any alternative.

Regardless of whatever internal policies they may have, the lack of respect and the way they talk to customers make people not want to come back to places like this.

In the end, I had to leave and go to another Taco Bell where they treated me better and at least gave me the chance to use the restroom.

Very negative experience: they didn’t even let me use the restroom and the attitude was terrible.

The store was closed when it was supposed to be open.

For an $8 bowl, sure got the end of the stick. So tiny! Smaller than a 16 oz water bottle. How disappointing! 🙄😒😔Paid for extras & only got a little bit of each. 😕

I am very disappointed. No one helps or greats you. I ordered on the screen and asked for extra meat that I paid for. I did not get my extra meat. I was literally searching for the meat inside my crunch wrap supreme. I had less that the normal quantity . I asked the lady and she said rudely that my extra is in it without even looking at invoice or looking at my crunch wrap. I used to go often but won’t go anymore since service and quality(quantities) are getting bad

I have them my code on app to get the 10% off discount on order. They didn’t take the 10% off and I went back and immediately told them and they said I’m out of luck and have to reorder. I asked to talk to manager and she said everyone there is a manager and just gave me attitude.

They didn’t do anything for me. I would not recommend coming here.
